Got a $9.50 charge from wheelspoke.cc in July 2011.  The website didn't make sense, I guess in Russian if the IP originates from Russia?

I canceled my debit card to say the least

This is definately a scam. Bixauto.me is one of numberous website names being used to debit small amounts from bank account. Other names are wheelspoke.cc, rushaction.cc, gromocar.es, ellinex.co, shiftbike.in, car-dan.co, and uniactive.cc. Each will also have a phone number attached to the charge. If you call the number you're typically greeted with three short muscial tones followed by a woman speaking in heavily accented English. She say something like "you have reached (website name.) No one is avaiable to take your call." She then gives business hours or a customer service email address. The same woman recorded the voicemail for every website.

In every case I've investigated, the amount has been slightly less than ten dollars. I believe this serves two purposes for the scammers. It is a small enough amount that anyone who doesn't really look over their statements might miss it. Also, banks have to pay fees to companies like Star Network and MasterCard to pursue getting the funds back from the merchant. In many cases, the bank would have to pay more than the ten dollars so they just give you the money back out of their own Operational Losses account and close the case without taking any further steps.

did not call but showed up on a credit card (HTTP://WWW.BIXAUTO.ME 703-7634955 VA .........$8.45) I only use for automatic payments for utilities. So, I don't know how the got CC number.

My mom got a charge on her card.

Here is the website registration for bixauto.me. Sharon Boncek  is listed as Registrant, Admin, and Tech contact and was only registered on 05/06/2011. Though 2 nameservers are listed, bixauto.me has no web presence. Tell your banks the website bixauto.me doesn't even exist, how could you have bought anything from them?

I leave in Georgia and was charged with this too. I just got my bank statement and will be calling the bank on Monday . Same # 706-763-4955 appears on my account as well.

My parents' card was charged $8.95 by this company, they too live in North Carolina and did not give the company their card number nor order anything from the company. They did not receive a phone call but the phone number accompanying the charge from www.bixauto.me was the same as above: 276-594-4068.  Thanks to you all with similar experiences, we are reporting this as fraud.

They got me too!  I was charged 6.95 on Aug 8, 2011.  My statement shows the phone number 276-594-4068. I have canceled my bank Debit/Visa card.

This bixauto.me. charge $9.55 on my visa card and i turn it into my bank,the bank is suppose to check it out for me.But i had to pay my bill first,i also call the telphone 703-763-4955 and no answer.No one use my card but me.They didn't call me.Did you all pay the money.This is a bad thing to do to anyone.The date was 7-15-11.I am glad you all wrote to tell people ,like myself.Thanks

I was hit for $8.95 8.12.2011, I called the number listed on my bank statement 276.594.4068 listed in Kingsport/Bristol Tenn, no answer. I went to the web site found a contact number 703.763.4955 Woodbridge Va there was a recording. This is an auto accessories store I own a truck. Something smells.

They hit me for a charge of $6.85 on my debit card.  I did not subscribe to or contact the company.  I live in North Carolina and have not been to Woodbridge, VA for several years.

This number is not ever answered. It showed up on my bank statement after my debit card was used to charge. The strange thing is...I am the only one with my debit card... . I have tried to call, (703) 763-4955 numerous times. Some lady goes please hold, then she comes back in 5 minutes and states one is available. This is, to my belief a scam. On the bank statement it reflects a company listed as bixauto.me and then gives the phone number above. Of course I cancelled my card, have a new one. I called the local police in woodbridge, va. they stated they do not have any listing for a company called bixauto, sooo, just to let everyone know....don,t subscribe to the following http://www.bixauto.me,703-763-4955.
