They've been calling for over a month now. At least once a day, sometimes three times. I ignore any number I don't know and wait for a message. Since no message I assume it's telemarketing crap and continue to ignore it....I don't understand why they wouldn't leave a message....they may not get responses like they'd like but they wouldn't appear so creepy....

I have been getting calls from this number since March 18, they never leave a message.

Yes, "she" called our home also. She asked to speak to my husband, by name, I told her no - that she can not speak to him (he was at work & I'm retired). BTW my husband is a civil engineer also. She handled this call in an extremely unprofessional manner. When I asked her if she'd like to leave her name and number and I'd have him call her back, she ....very rudely, said "No I will just call him later". LoL her attitude was that of an angry girlfriend! They should introduce themselves, state their business and act like adults with the enough intelligence to function in today's society!!!
Every one of us should place a call to the American Society of Civil Engineers and inform them of their ill mannered representative.
A google search of American Society of Civil Engineers publishes this as their telephone number: (800) 548-2723 When I googled the number that showed up on my caller id it did come back as "...Sos Locksmith - Centreville VA 20120 | 703-828-2465 ..." and we live in Seattle WA. No good reason for any locksmith company in VA to call a residence in WA. That would be a bit of a commute!

They still haven't left a message, but I suspect it IS the American Society of Civil Engineers, as a previous responder noted, as my membership has expired.
