Complete scam; do not follow with the caller directions.

Two or three times a day they will call. It isn't an actual person, but a recording which is voice activated by keywords. It starts by saying you filled out a survey (you obviously didn't) and goes on to try and get you to visit their malicious website. When you say "Wrong Number" it starts getting snotty (( "Well -someone- in your household ..." and "Look, I'm just supposed to be giving you ..." )) and when you say "Remove From Call List" it says, "No," and continues with "Just go to our website and see ..."

Keep calling so many times a day. Annoying.

I got the same call, wont let me return the call..

Have been getting calls from this number myself.  Tried calling back, but the number won't receive a call (it rings then shifts right to busy tone).  Tracked down the service provider, which is Bandwidth.com.  You can go to their webpage and submit a complaint by 1) clicking on legal on the homepage, 2) under section titled Acceptable Use policy click on the link "Report Potential AUP Violations."  This will take you to a page that lets you specifically identify the 703-831-3418 number and register a complaint.  The more people that do, the more likely it is that they will disrupt service to this number.

We have been getting the same calls and I too shopped at the Chantilly Wal Mart.
I am registered on the do not call list, I called Wal Mart Corporate Headquarters, I called the FTC and filed a complaint and called my Attorney General. What else can we do anyone know??

Received a call from this number on 4/20/13. The caller did the same for us. I don't know how they got my phone number. Said they represented some Survey company representing Walmart. I did shop at the Chantilly, VA Walmart on 3/26/13. Said we were up to win an ipod etc. They have not called back I plan to contact Walmart customer service. I do not like to give my phone number to companies at the time of purchase and will not do it ever again.

Keep getting these random calls from this number but no voicemails.  I don't answer numbers I don't recognize but this is making me crazy.

This caller keeps calling my number! THIS IS TOTAL HARRASSMENT AND IAM GOING TO REPORT THIS CALLER TO FTC

They have called at least 7 times on my cell phone and do not leave a message.  I answered twice and told them I didn't do a survey and wasn't interested and asked them to take me off the list and all they do is hang up on me.  Someone with authority (don't know if it is the FCC or not) should investigate them.

It is a SCAM.  They just want credit card info for the small "fee" to receive your gift card.  There is no card and they then have your CC info to charge anything they want.

FIVE times in two weeks, two of them just today from this number.  They are all from Sonia (Sylvia?) promising me a WalMart card because someone in my family MAY have filled out a survey.  Well, Sonia/Sylvia - remember what I told you each time and don't seem to remember:  (1) We are a church, not a household (2) No one filled out your survey (even tho you told me someone in my FAMILY may have) (3) I am tired of you calling and being told that we are a church and that you are not supposed to call us back.  Do you listen?  NO!!! This is harassment.

call constantly on cell phone.  No message is ever left

Got three phone calls from this number (a lady) and asked her to take me off her list.  She said no and hung up the phone after laughing at me!
