Rang wireline. Left no message. I left  no request  for a call back from anyone (tech support, sales, customer service, bank). If there was a legitimate reason to call 1) CID would have a name, and 2) a message would have been left. I doubt if it was a miss-dial because of the "out of area" CID.

I saw the number using the Click to Call service for TDCanadaTrust bank in Canada.  As others have mentioned it must go to a 3rd party call centre and the agents read from a different script depending on which name "whispers" in their headset.

I got this call when I went on Macy's site and asked them to return my call rather than sit on hold.  Employee who returned the call had an Indian accent.

The caller called us @ 10:20 A.M. 10/23/2013,while we were out. I returned the call 3 times on 10//201, The other end  has no ring sound. As above, many people reported to www.800notes.com.

Liberty Medical Supplies... so this is a call center that apparently handles multiple clients.  Annoying!

you guys are high. this is not amazon. i'm a longtime customer of amazon, so there's no reason for them to call me. some do***ebag called me from this number and said, "hello this is dell customer support..." (i'd hung up with dell just seconds before on a legitimate customer service call), how can i help you? hello? hello? i can't hear you. i'm going to hang up." the entire time he was talking i was trying to talk to him, but he wouldn't answer. my phone had perfect reception. i've tried calling the number again and i get someone who sounds like santa claus saying the number is unavailable. the dumbass is probably reading this so F*** OFF DUDE AND GET A LIFE!

I was trying to Book a hotel. I googled the hotel, I then saw this link that says "Need help click now and well call you right back" I did that put my number in and got a call right back. I booked the hotel with the guy. Matter of fact we went through three different hotels before I booked the one i wanted. He told me i would get an e-mail with my conformation in a few mintues. I have not received any conformation. I then called the hotel to see if thy had a reservation for me but they had no reservation for me.  I am worried now because I gave the guy my credit card information and no reservation has been made.  I had to book another hotel with the same credit card. I dont know if i should cancel the credit card or wait until i paid for the other hotel room.

It's a number that various companies use to have their on-line customers request that they call back ie: to make an order. (As opposed to you calling them.) Dell uses it, Macy's uses it.

It's a callback number...you go online to a website...it may give you an option to request a callback.  Mine was through Charter Communications.  It's legit, when you request them to call you immediately online.

This number is a VoIP number, the originating carrier is Paetec Communications (now Windstream) and eStrata service various companies with customer care/support services.  I had a United Airlines agent call me through click to call, and had an absolutely great experience.

Apparently this is a call back service.  I had this number in my call log after using a web page to connect to a business.  It must use a cookie for the phone number you enter to make the call.  Possible that someone typo's a phone number, or maybe a list gets out with the phone numbers.

I get VMs only from this number (never rings, goes right to VM) but no message is left. If I don't find out who it is I am going to block it.

I see some posts for this number from 2009, but nothing recently. I do no answer these calls, so am unsure what / who it is but the caller ID is Unknown.

I got a call from this number today -- it was from Prescription Solutions, which is a legit operation located in Kansas. I had placed a call to them online and asked them to call me.

I received a call from this number on  my cell phone, which I never ever use, or just use for local calls within my California city.  When dialed, it rings busy or the automated Verizon operator comes on and says it is not a valid number.  The caller used  this Virginia  phone number within the city limits of my city and charged 66 minutes to my phone.  This is clearly fraudulent, and Verizon is investigating for me.  I seldom use my cell phone, and certainly not for a 66 minute incoming phone call!  It put me well over my monthly minutes and caused a $20 extra charge  on my phone bill.  

As is true of many retired seniors, I use the cell phone for emergency issues when driving, and never at other times.  Phony call!

I cliked on M & T Bank to get information.  When I entered my phone number, I was called back by a real person to answer my customer service question.

Valid call, Starwood Preferred Guest customer service.  I initiated the call by clicking on their website.  I filled in my phone number on the form.  If you got a call from this number, someone may have put your number into the web form.

It was a call back for me from HSBC . I needed to reset my password on my account, clicked a box and this number called me back in less than 1 minute. After answering security type questions, my account was reset and I was able to get into my account.

I received a call from this number today. Don't know it, don't want it!

My husband deployed to germany and ikept getting unknown number added it to skype and it shows that number. No idea wth.

Yeah i got a call from this number also. I get calls on home phone that reconnect to cell after a few rings and if i dont recognize the number i search it on the web, Good thing to do if you dont know the number.. Have a good one this ones under control.. Later people.
