It's a company called Global Insight.  They are persistent at calling companies for their services at finding candidates for employment, but have not had much success with us at actually identifying qualified candidates.  Recruiters are quite attractive, however.

look who is the knucklehead.  If they were a legitimate computer hiring company they would leave a message.  I am in the computer business and I let those calls go by to see who is calling me.  I don't want to answer and get 20 questions.  I want to research the company and see what and who they are.

a company that recruits for work to those who update or put up their resumes online. They are called ingsight global. Too many scam comments about, but truly I dont know but I am documenting my process.

Also, if it was important, they would have left a voicemail. Unfortunately I'm not at my phone 24/7.

If you'd answer your phone, maybe you would know who it was.  Anyhow, it's a computer consulting firm that hires temp/hire for positions that they contract out.  So obviously you're in the computer field or you have a resume stating so on line somehwere, so that's why thye called you knuckle heads.
