Received a call from 703-956-3580 and they hung up with no voicemail.
While annoying, if the users above are referring to the same company I beleive it is Vocus not Vogus and it seems to be a legitimate firm.

Its a call from PR Web. They usually call you as a follow up to their registration.

Mick, try leaving a message when you call them back. I did that and the rep was very quick to respond. He just wanted to check up with my account, see if I was happy with the results and showed me a few ways I could get a better ROI. Apparently I didn't need to be spending so much $$. Not necessarily an upsale, but definitely helpful.

Got a call from the number, didn't recognize it so didn't answer. Checked the web to see who it might have been and found this website. Turns out they left a message. It's PR Web. I have an account with the for sending out press releases, so it's probably legit. The message gave me a (different) callback number to call her up and 'discuss my account' - probably trying to upsell me to their higher member packages.
