Super shady phishing call regarding "debit card activation."  
A) I don't own a debit card.  
B) They don't provide a company name or phone number.  
C) They use very poor English (the script was clearly written overseas).
D) Somehow, the phone number they use belongs to a cab company in VA. Why would they care about activating a debit card?  
The recording states insufficent information has been provided and asks you to press 1 to be transferred to their hotline, where I'm sure they will phish for personal and bank information.
