I got this same call, only i didnt have a payday loan they referenced, they had my SS# and last 4 digits of my bank account, also a marcus wilson, i am curious if you ever thought of filing a lawsuit against this company, perhaps this should be done as a class action.  what they are doing must be illegal, its fraud, and across it appears, many state lines.

There calling me now threating me to get me fired from my job. There flooding up my lines and my place of empolyment obscene language. I'm tired of how can I get them to stop calling and harrasing me.Same as all of you said. Also has a accent.

i had also got a phone call from this number (704) 264-0580 at my job and said they were Cash Advance and said I owed them $630 dollars! and I said I never borrowed $630 dollars from anyone only the ones I know who I owe which I had called and verified with and they said it was not them. While I was on the phone with this guy, he had a deep INDIAN voice and said his name was JEFFERY SCORDZ  and I asked what is the name of your company, he said its "DTT" and So i asked what does that stand for? he said "Deduction Financial Floor". He said I owed them money and if I wanted to settle this outside of court or threw court. Said If I didnt pay them that they were going to SUE me for $4,000 dollars! or throw me in jail and had said "we are trying to help u!" and also had we will make you lose your job and we have your social security number and we will block your social security number. They told me we are a Legal Firm and we will sue you if you dont pay us $630. So i asked them so when did I borrow this loan? he said in February or March of this year and I said how much was it? he said it was $200 to $300. (didnt give me any exact amount) and I said wheres the paper work? shouldnt I have got something threw mail? and questioned whose the company? and he said Im sorry I cant verify that information with you. I was so upset in the begining and had told him, I dont know what your talking about!!!??? Dont call my office no more!!! This Is some B***s***!! Dont call back no more!! and sure enough the guy called back and Harrassed me & Threaten me! SO in the end of all this I let my Supervisor Know about this TELEPHONE SCAM! and He himself called the FBI for me and the FBI Gave me some numbers, Said since they have all your information Call CREDIT BUREUR (EXPERIAN) 1-888-397-3742 (EQUAFAX) 1-800-525-6285 (TRANS UNION) 1-800-680-7289 SOCIAL SECURITY 1-800-269-0271 IDENTITY THEFT 1-877-438-4338 AND TELEPHONE SCAM! 1-877-382-4357 So if this happened to you, please! call all these numbers becuase they have all your information and also! do not pay them any money! its a scam!

ignore it. it is not true. file a complaint with the police dept. change your account information and change delete your email account.

I have been getting these calls too.. they have a old bank account info that i had 4 years ago and telling the same thing.. He told me to suck his..... and he was going to kill my husband and f... my mother.. and to shut the f up you stupid b..... this is uncalled for and this needs to stop.. I mean this is crazy that people can get your info like this and do this.. he says he on a federal recored line and that he is going to come to my house and arrest me and take me to jail.. I have never taken out a loan nor will i ever.. not sure how my info got into his hands.. i guess i have to get my number changed.. this is the only way it will stop

Local hospital transfered it to the police since these fraudullent suspects would not stop calling. Please continue to notify your state's Attorney General Office or FBI office and have them reference this site to observe all the victims- do not give them any information! They are using a phone system from (704) 264-0580

An "Albert Rozario" aka Mario aka Adrian Walker  (HEAVY INDIAN ACCENT) Claiming collecting from the "payday loan" I borrowed from, stated he was from the "legal"/then "collection" department ( OH and he is also the Manager of the Department previously) but told me he was calling on behalf of his Supervisor??? how are u gonna be a manager and have a supervisor...lol,  I asked him how much was it for, he hesitated and said "dont you know how much you took"? Said yea, so tell me , still couldnt tell  me ($600.00), kept leaving messages at my job saying" im gonna lose my home, car, family, job and only GOD would be able to help me".  Said im gonna get sued, police will arrest me..yada yada yada..i will a little intimidated, so started paying but it was more than what I owed (over $900). checked my account the " owners of the loan "Real" with their name took out $ too.  Called them up they verified all my info corrected and provided a copy of my agreement.  The rep stated she was a victim too and told me exactly what to ask them by law they have to provide me.  they wouldnt do it and didnt want to talk to the rep either.  i contacted my back informed of scammed got my money back and they were very mad and called my job several times from these different #s: told me their gonna get me fired, well if u were legit and professional why would u say something like that, tried to call all over my company divison asking for my supervisor , asking for the HR Dept

Per law they have to give u documentation of your loan (COPIES), they can only call you at the most 2 times with in a week, and they cannot call your job if you tell them not to.  Ask them to provide the name of the company your loan was from and how much.  The police just took my statement and recognized one of the numbers and asked was it a guy with a heavy indian accent....a person who works very close to my job filed for the same thing about 3-4 weeks earlier.

My 83 year old mother received 2 calls, I answered them.  I could not understand him, he had a heavy indian accent and the phone was static.   He said he was from some place and my mother owed them money.  I have gotten these calls before, I hung up, he called back and than he switched me to somebody else, I hung up on him, and he called back again.  Finally I told him to quit calling me and I was going to call the attorney general.   He hasn't called back yet.    All scams.  Just a note, do not fill out anything over the computer for payday loans.

I am having the same problem with the same guy! He is harassing me at my job and I am so humiliated. I don't know what to do!?!? He has asked to speak with my manager and I don't have a manager in the type of work I do. He has threatened me and said he has three counts of fraud with my social security number and he has repeated my soc. number back to me and I have no idea how he got it. These harassing phone calls has to stop! He must be prosecuted for this!

Received 10 phone calls in 10 minutes from the same number. Hung up or did not answer at all. Called the NC Attorney General who claimed that this is a fraudulent company and to not pay anything to these people. Also, they could call from other numbers. Regardless of whether or not you have a pay day loan, what these people are doing is a scam.

I got scammed.  They called me and stated I owed a back debt and if I did not send him 1,000. dollars state in prepaid visa card I was going to jail and the police would be at my house.  I did send the money and also they called back and stated I had 15 minutes to fax over my Driver's Licese and SS # or the police would be there in 15 minutes.  I know now it was a scam.  I contacted Home line security and police taking the steps I need.  closed my account. getting new driver's license and SS card.  Please BEWARE. I learned my lesson the hard way.  The man goes by Mario, Owen Miller, Has a thick accent.

This guy keeps calling me at work.  They first asked for me and when I got on the phone he said this is not Jennifer, I want to speak with Jennifer.  I kept telling him it was me and then he asked well what is your birthdate then, I of course wasn't going to give him that.  Well he hung up on me and called back and kept arguing that I was not Jennifer. He told me "shut up you bi***", several times.  Well at first I got mad but I think it pisses them off more if you don't get mad.  Anyway, he hasn't called back since when he called and I answered and found out it was him I said, "Operator, this is the call."  Then hung up on him.  I have heard you can also say the word "Trap", what time it is and the date, and hang up.  I called the number back and they say it is DFF.  Looked that up online and it stands for Defending Financial Fraud.

He also goes by Aaron Lucas.  Heavy Indian Accent talks about his p***s a lot.

I went to the FBI website and printed off the information from their website on this fraud.  I showed this to my employers and they completely understand.  Just go to the FBI website, go to the search box and enter Pay Day Loan Scam.  It is one of the first ones that pop up in the search results.  Print that off, because it states that there is nothing you can do to stop the calls and that it is not your fault.  Further more my employers simply told this Adrian Walker that I no longer work for the company.  There has been no phone calls for the past three days.  Good Luck

I realized what was going on.  This guy says he is adrian walker and he is going to have me arrested.  When I asked him to send me proof of the debt I owed, he told me to suck his dxxx.  I told him that I believe it is fraud and that I will be reporting him to the FBI.  I then started receiving phone calls at my work.  This guy and others with him called every phone line in the hospital I worked at.  He would call my co-workers foul names and had this thing with telling everyone to suck his dxxx.  It got to the point that the hospital called the police because these people called over 600 times in a two day period.  Not to mention that I was receiving calls at home 100 or more a day.  I have changed my phone number and have closed down all of my accounts.  I have contacted the FBI and sent the harrassing messages to them.  This Adrian Walker said he was going to kill me while I was sucking his dxxx.  What a scam artist.  I also have notified the Federal Trade Commission and my local police department.  Hopefully they catch this guy.  Thanks for all of the great advice.

To add, this claim he mentioned is false. I have not requested a cash loan. So be careful. Don't agree to pay for these type of loans from this organization. It is fraud.

I also rec'd this call from a man, with a heavy indian accent claiming I owed funds on a cash loan I submitted. He threatened legal action, he had all of my information. When I requested the information of the company who submitted this claim, he refused to give me the information. The company came up as Genuity Solution on my caller id, however he said he was with DFF. This is a scam and I verified that with Lifelock. I recommend everyone to get Lifelock.

I'm going threw the same problem with the same people. The guy accient was very, very heavy and he kept calling me back to back harrassing me. not sure how he got my job number as well. I stated if I did owe you money where's the proof in writing or email and they have failed to do so. I believe they're scammers and be careful with giving out your information. I happy to know I'am not the only one with this people.

ABSOLUTELY go to the government pages of your phone book, or LOG ON to your state government web site and look for fraud and or Atty. general.  Go get 'em sister.

They were making phone calls regarding my son's account he is the military that they were going toget him discharge , the name of the company is dff as he said dorian fraud fraud, dorian is my son's name

Me too, I keep getting these calls but this guy actually has my social security number and he told me that I was about to lose everything, my job, my family, my home ... everything.  I don't have a payday loan online but have applied for one, then decided not to do it and I think this is how he got my information.  I ignore his call but he continues to call - I have called the Fort Worth Police Department and they will be calling me back to get a report over the phone.

They have been harassing my work for the last 3 days and it's causing problems on the job.  What can I do?
