Same here. She called and asked to speak to the lady of the house, and when I asked her her name, she said "Ms. Adams". I asked what was this call in reference to and she said "Is this Mrs.X"? (my name). I hung up on her. She called me back and I did not answer. She called back and again and I answered, and she said "this is for being rude" and slammed the phone in my ear.

I better not find out who this is.

This 'lady' called our house last night--asked for my wife and was quite rude when I asked if I could take a message.  Who is this woman?

This is unbelievable!  We just got a call from this rude lady, too!
She called last week to ask if we had donations for The Kidney Foundation.  I said "yes" so she scheduled the pick-up.  She called today as a reminder.  I'd stepped out, so my husband was attempting to take a message.  She wouldn't disclose any information about herself, wouldn't leave a message, and became very rude and hung up!!!  My husband called her back to see what her problem was.  She hung up.

I returned the call when I came home, and yes, she was extremely rude!  I told her that we would donate our items to another charity.  She yelled, "Why?  Your husband hung up on me and he just 'thinks' I hung up on him."  She was awful.  I plan to contact The Kidney Foundation regarding this "representative" because I have never been treated in such an unprofessional manner by anyone representing them.

i get these calls all the time.  i have talkd to her and since i have read these post i look forward to knowing what she says if someone has talked to her.  the dike will not talk to men.   i get very rude back to her.

We recieved the same call from 'Beverly Kappes'on Sunday afternoon. She was using the Mrs Adams ruse. When questioned she called the lady answering our phone a 'little old bitty' and hung up.

The phone is from a house at 10107 Robert Frost Rd, Midland, NC 28107.

I recently received a telephone call from Beverly Kappes at telephone number 704 269-3125.  She asked for my wife but did not mention who she was or why she was calling.  When I asked her for her name and the reason for her call she rudely answered "Goodbye Mr. 20 questions" and hung up the telephone.  She must be some telemarketer or a scammer.  In either case, she is a rude PIG.

Beverly Kappes AKA Ms Adams called my home today & spoke to my daughter. She asked if Mrs Xxx is avail, my daughter asked the reason of the call.  She said you sound to young to be Mrs Xxx & hung up.  I googled the # & found these postings.  I am not an individual that does & eye for & eye however we gave Ms Adams a dose of her own medicine.  We called her all night & cursed her out, talked junk to her as well.  So to all that has had the opportunity to be harrassed by this person we took care of it for you!

Same story as above except Mrs. Kappes is now Mrs. Adams.  The first time she called she asked for a name of someone not in the home.  I told her she had a different residence and made the mistake of saying our last name.  She then asked for Mrs. (our last name). When told she was at work she said she would call back and then hung up.  She called back tonight and when asked "What is this in reference to" she said "well is she there" and I said she was tied up she was rude and hung up after saying "I will call back later.".

Gut feeling tells me this is an Irish traveler scam.

Yeah, she called my dad today. When he asked who is calling, she replied "SCREW YOU!" and hung up on him. Very interesting!

Recieved call today from this number, rude and asked for my wife. Ask who she was and what she wanted. She gave me a snub answer and hung up. Agree this is has to be a scam of some sort. If I get another call I will call the police.

I too have been receiving phone calls from this number who never leaves a message. She as for me when my husband answered the phone but did not want to leave a message. He described the voice as an older white woman. When I called the number again there is an automated voicemail and no return phonecall. I then decided to look up her address on google and found this WOW I can not believe this lady has called so many people she needs to be reported. I will be prepared the next time she calls. I have received almost 10 calls from her in the last 2 months.

I have rec'd several phones calls from the 704-269-3125.  Once it displayed on caller id as "Locust" and the next time it came up "Unknown".  My daughter has answered the phone both times and she ask for me by name and when my daughter trys to take a message or get additional information she says "NO" and hangs up.  I left her a message the 1st time not knowing what this was regarding and then she calls back today so I decide to Google the number and found this message board.  When I saw this, I then called her back again and informed her that I am an investigator and that I would not advise her to call my house again.

She seems to be widespread... I answered the phone and she asked for Ms. (my last name), my mom. When I asked who I was speaking to, she said Ms. Adams. Then when I asked her the business of the call, she wouldn't answer me. She said" Who is THIS?" and i asked her again who she was. When she said Ms. Adams again, I said that didn't mean anything to me so she continued in saying "It's none of your business. You're an idiot!!! Goodbye" CLICK wow, i hope i don't find out who it is....

We have received a call from this telephone number three times since Saturday afternoon.  No one answers when we say hello. The number shows as 269-3125

I've also received several calls from this Beverly Kappes, My Caller ID shows the same number 269-3125.   I've not answered her yet, but I think next time I may answer just long enough to tell her to go f*** herself, then hang up on her!

A woman showing as Beverly Kappes 269-3125 keeps calling our home phone and will say what she wants, and she always asks for the lady of the house or by name. My husband told her I was unavailable and she was rude to him.  If he anwers the phone she hangs up on him. I never answer the phone when she calls because she is weird acting. Must be a telemarketer.

Beverly Kappes 704-269-3125, called my home today about 3:30.  I did not answer, and there was no message left on my answering machine.

Beverly Kappes called today asking for a person of the home and when we told her that the person was unavaliable she advised she would call back at a later time. We advised her that the person has been deceased for over six months. At that point she told us that we were rude and should have told her that in the first place. She has to be running some scam.

Person named Beverly Kappes called and asked for a person in our household when I would not transfer the call because Beverly Kappes would not identify why and the reason for the call she said to me "I don't have to tell you s***" I then hung up.
