Some Mideastern named Jack Williams called and said it was a legal matter about check fraud,cash advances and charges against me,I told him I was taping the conversation and he hung up.I called back and said I wanted his supervisor he put me through to Albert Johnson another foreigner,I told him my lawyer would be calling  I asked him how he got a name like Albert Johnson being from the mideast and continued to ask where  he was from he replied from his moms stomach,these are low life scums trying to scam people,I would to have 5 minutes with them but these guys are thieving cowards.they had fake case numbers and were  real a**es.I hope the law catches them and locks them up.

An indian man calls here almost daily looking for one of the two employees he always calls for.  He says his name is Adriene Walker, funny he doesn't sound like an Adriene.  He is extremely rude.  My co workers use to have fun with him and everytime he'd say a word we'd go "what?" eventually he got fed up and hung up.  Today I told him not to call back, he proceded to call back (no joke) 20 times in a row, I just picked up then hung up.  Another empoloyee answered the phone and "took a message".  Luckily we have caller ID and a list posted next to my phone so I know when to ignore it.  They threaten to arrest me and my co-workers for "obstruction of justice" and blah blah.  After almost 4 years of them calling here and getting a "NO" every time you think they would stop.  I don't know how they get the employee names and some of the information they do but something needs to be done.

I received a call today from a man named Alex Williams fro this same number he left a voice mail telling me that a company was taking legal action against me.   He also called my place of work.  Funny how a middle eastern man like you heard has a name like alex williams.  we need to do something about these people.

I have also received calls from this same person from the same phone number. When I advised him that I am not the person he is asking to speak with, he then began to yell, scream, and curse in the most vulgar language calling me a liar, then speaking very disrepectfully about my parents. I was done at that point. I asked him to stop calling my cell phone and he got even more rude. I took the advise from so many of you above and adivsed him that the call was being recorded....surprise, surprise....he hung up and I haven't heard from him in about week.

Middle Eastern male calls for one of the employee's here at my job. Unfortunately I answer the phone and luckily I am not easily intimidated. This guy sure does have a mouth on him. Very rude and vulgar. He has talked about having sex with parents, and other homosexual style sex. Very inappropriate.

He called today and I just played along and I was able to get the 704 312 0792 phone number out of him under the assumption I was taking a message for the guy he is asking for. He always tries to get personal phone numbers when he has called here. I really hope there are not gullible people out there answering phones that give out others personal phone numbers to these companies.

BTW: How does a Middle Eastern male get the name, "Robert DeCosta". LOL I'm not racist and I guess it would be possible for that to be his real name but I highly doubt it!

And also they must be spoofing Caller ID because somehow there return number is 666 094 5183 !!

An indian guy names Adriene Walker called stating he was from the detection of financial fraud and i was speaking on a federal recorded line.  He called me at work, then stated that I have two allegations against me regarding check fraud. The first quesiton he asked me was for my social security number.  When I asked to speak with a supervisor, he put me on hold and came back to the line stating he was the supervisor.  His voice never changed and he gave me the same name. STUPID!!!.   He called me from 404-974-9150 and provided me with another phone number to call him  back aty 704-312-0792.  I think that this is some kind of fraud.  Please be careful.

Yes this Indian keeps calling many times a day at my mother's work and home saying same thing and it was check  fraud. I told him that he wouldn't be doing this and it would be done by the police not him. Anyway he blocks his number. I have contacted my local police and if they do it again i will call from the area they are calling from as long as Homeland Security.

A foreign man keeps calling. he is a scammer. constantly calling to harrass me for money. threatening to arrest me. interesting no charges have been filed. If this someone from this number calls, tell themyou are pressing charges against them

This is unbelievable! I was lucky to manage to write down this number on this guy's 3rd call from 704 312 0792... same thing with me, he curses me out, tells me to shut my mouth and give me my name, fax number, etc etc.
He somehow got the name of an employee of mine and was saying she committed fraudelent activity. I'm glad someone started this forum...
I asked the company operator to block the number. Hope this helps other people out there...

Someone named Joseph Williams keeps calling for an employee. He states he is under investigation. He calls his company Investigators Headquarters. I have reported him to the police in Charlotte, North Carolina. The problem is he could have a 704 area code, but be any where in the world. We had to resort to hanging up on him last week and this week because he would not stop calling. The employee does not know what this guy is talking about and has asked him to stop calling his employer.

Hey Jack- go to the forum titled "Fake payday loan collection scams-Please list new numbers here" and you will get some insight as to what these people are doing. They are a complete SCAM and there's info on how to report them etc. on that thread.

An Indian keeps calling from this number and is very rude. He asks for a former employee and is very rude during the conversation. He was cusing me and asking how many men my mother has been with.
Where do these people come from and why are they so rude??? Why can't someone stop these kinds of calls?? He left all kinds of personal information of this former employee on my voicemail and said she had committed fraud of some kind.
