for those  who are complaing about teh do not call  list... you have to understand.. there  are  scammers, &  other Illegal  companies out there  who do not  pay attention  to the  do not call list / registery,  they   do not care about nor  pay  any attention  to the   list, registry  or  any rules, laws &  things  like that,    they use   auto /  robo  dialers that dial  ever   home  phone  and every  cell phone  in all area  codes &  prefixies in consecutive  order.   It is hard  for the governmebt  to track  &  trace them  due to a tactict  called  spoofing ..  where  the  caller  can electronicly  change  the  phone  number  in which they  are  calling  from   to  any  number they  want. ... ( they can be  sitting  in  Los Agles   or  New  York  and   by spoofing  ( changing)  their number ... make the calls  look like  they came  from Charlotte N.C. ,  Miami Florida  Dallas  Texas    or where  ever.     It is  not the  Do not call Registry's  fault   The  list   works..  but  there are  DISHONEST  people /  companies  who  do not care  about  it and   ignore  it

Calls and was extremely rude and threatening.  We have done nothing wrong.  Called back no answer.  Identifies herself as investigator.  Nonsense.   Ignore it and block your calls as we did.

They don't have answer

They are computer generated calls. They make several calls at once and the first phone that picks up is the one they respond to. I have caller I D,and I don't answer it, but  I do have to get up or come in to another room to see who it  is. they call all the time and I would like to strangle them.

"WIRELESS CALLER" called and left no message (second time).  I blocked it.

I have recieved calls from this number and they hang up when you answer.. They do wait to hear you say hello several times then hang up.. I have been recieving a lot of calls from someone wanting me to allow someone to come and put a home security system in...I always hangup.. Maybe this has something to do with that..I think it is very annoying and they seem to be trying to scare people into buying a security system...I also have the do not call registery and also a telemarketer block from the phone co...Does not help at all....

This type of crook does not care what problems you have in your home and it's almost as bad as a 'Home Invasion' by armed crooks.  Just don't answer the phone. Set you answering machine to 6 or 8 rings and perhaps they will get tired of calling and delete your number.

These thieves call at different times of the day (Robo-Calling) to find out when someone is home.  They then probably sell the number to telemarketers like the Credit Card interest lowering B*****ds that call all the time.  There should be some way the FBI, FTC, etc could catch them by tracing the number.  Just out of curiosity, I called the number back after deleting my caller ID and it took about four seconds to get a fast busy signal.  That means the number has been hacked and is probably in the state of Crooks (Florida) or off shore where the local inept police, FBI, etc. can not reach them.  It's sad that the telephone Companies cannot install software to detect such calls.  I know they can but their cheap too.

Receive several calls daily, from 704-412-4023.  We have a very ill indivdual in this
household and this calls is a very unwelcome disturbance on a daily basis. Our
number is reistered on the "do not call list."  However, this does not stop 704-412-4023.

A waste of your time.... you tell them to remove your number, they call you back the next day, so I have decided not to answer my phone, I have turned the answering machine off and if by chance I answer the phone as soon as they start talking I hang up the phone.

I get two calls a day from this number and each time I answer and say hello they hang up.  I called them back

Another home security scam for seniors. Forwarding to the annoying home security business that called just one half hour before. Finally TWC provides a useful service. Forward all the little scamming cretins to each other until they give up.
