just called and did the same to me did you figure out who it was

Called several times and did not leave message. I called the number back, and it's always busy...

Someone from this 704 422-8036 called me last night, when I answered all it say was "hold for important message" three or four times in a role, so I hanged up.  Talk to me when I answer don't put me on a machine and tell me to hold.  then this morning I have the same phone number called again I just let it go to answering mode they didn't leave a message.
