Be careful with this company.  They run your credit which as lead my credit score to drop.  Fraud and sad that this company is "supposedly" still up and running.

The telephone number (704-455-8831) belongs to a company called:  ISI Alarms, 11 Concord Commons Place,  Suite #229, Concord, NC 28027 (as written on a business card we were given by the salesperson).

Please read this, I am posting on all boards of this kind, these people are scammers trying to get your bank accounts!!

These people have called me relentlessly for 6 months, after all my pleas to ask them to take me off the call list. Yesterday they woke me up from a nap that I desperately needed. I am battling cancer and several other deadly illnesses and they know that. Then they called today.. I said YES, Come ON OUT... We have now set up a time..

When I agreed to have them come out, they tried to then get my Bank Information, and I said that I would discuss that once a tech got out here.

I will have one huge surprise waiting on whoever gets here!!!  

You see, I have already told them I have German Shepherds attack dogs as Guards. They literally are my motion sensors/ nothing moves around here. I told them that I had 7 1/2 foot high razor sharp spiked fences all around about an acre of my house, which is guarded on every side by a dog that kills anything that moves, and even will eat the skunks and leave me the fur cap!! And they will bite humans!!!  

I told them I was very ill and not expected to live for very much longer, was on a very tiny limited income and could not afford the 37.00 a month and they still harass me every other day.

I even told them I had served 4 years in the pen for accidentally shooting and killing a thief, which is verifiable if they do a back ground check.  I own a shotgun and not afraid to use it. But after all of this, they still harass me, so guess what....I gave them my address. Come on out... I have 8 grown vicious German Shepherds that are going to be waiting at the front gate for this son of a bi*** that shows up, behind a fence, that has spikes designed to kill anything that goes over it, every six inches. Let that b*****d come through my gate, and we will see what Mr. Winchester has to say!!!!  

I am going to have the laugh of my life!!! When they tried to find out the name of my bank, I knew they were scammers!! So I am gonna have some fun with these guys next week!!

This company has several call centers with telemarketers that call people relentlessly. Terrible customer service, technicians that don't show or make mistakes, and shady business practices is an understatement. This company is currently under review with the BBB.

Received an unwanted call from this number regarding sales of security installations and some junk like that.  Googled their phone number and found that it is ISI Alarms of Mooresville, formerly of Concord.  They are a dealer of Honeywell Security.  The Honeywell group asks for all to report any dealers using shady practices to solicit business so I intend to send them this company's name as well as report them to the BBB.

Caller ID said Honeywell Dealer. They asked for Jim, but no Jim lives here. He said Jim had ordered a long list of security items. He did know my address and name on property deed. He was beligerent and insisted that he talked to Jim at this number earlier in the day and Jim had agreed to purchase all the items. Call ended when I denied Jim's existence and he hung up on me.

SCAMMERS, I have told them to quit calling , several times. They are persistant!!

I did not answer, but did call back.  The voicemail said ISI Alarms.  They mentioned servicing the alarms, which made me think it was legit.  But I do not live in that state.  It is a neighboring state.  So it is reasonable that they are selling alarms in this state, not that unusual.

this number called and asked for my son who has never lived at this number. When I told them this was the wrong number they almost argued with me. After telling them that no one by that name lived here they proceeded to ask if I was the home owner. So I hung up. This person had a foreign accent and I could hear a delay in the line. I wonder where they were really calling from?

A man called from this number called it the HoneyyWell Company said she could have the alarm free if they could put a sticker in her window and said he had a rep in the area , for one she is very far from NC, and I don't see them having a rep available in her area, well they said they would be driving a comp. truck with their logo on it and the rep woul showed id and would have a page around his kneck, no one showed, then they called her the next day and the man said he was half owner of the company and he could get her a good deal after, the first caller said that she could have it free. So who are this people calling me elderly mother and trying to harras and scam her for something , well she was smart and told them no. I want this number reported and blocked from my mother's number , also he hung up on her after she wouldn't do what he wanted her to do....SCAMMER'S

Called me a few minutes ago.  Caller ID just had their number listed as its identification.  I answered  out of curiosity but there was just silence on the other end, not even call center background noises.

I receive calls from this  company occasionally but no one ever speaks,  The number is assigned to a Isi alarm company in Harrisburg, North Carolina near Charlotte.

Caller was male and seemed confused.  All he said was "Hello?....oh, sorry."  Then he hung up.

Did not leave message,hung up after grtting my message. Don't know who they are.

Hung up on machine.  Our message says "Do not call if you are selling or giving information about a product..."
