I received a text on my phone on Sunday from the above number it stated I had an alert from Hudson Saving Bank but I don't not have acct with Hudson so I dialed the number just see what will happen the automated kept asking me for my 16 digit account number I tried hitting zero and pound a couple of time to see if I can be transferred to customer service but no luck so I input an credit card of mine that is a prepaid visa I don't use with the expiration date and a fake pin # and a automated voice told me my account has been confirmed and goodbye and the call was disconnected.

JUST GOT A TEXT TODAY SUNDAY AND IT STATED FROM:9099 :: HUDSON CITY SAVINGS ALERT_. PLEASE CALL 7044643177_. I GOOGLE THE NUMBER AND FOUND THIS PAGE_. MIGHT BE ANOTHER AUTOBOT CALLING FOR PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES_. NOT BOTHERING TO CALL IT AFTER PAULA FONDER'S COMMENT_.

Same text and I didnt respond, Beware some of these bogus texts just by responding with a text pushes you into a monthly subscription fee. If you dont know the number dont even text them back.

call from 704 464 3177 Which is Piedmont of North Carolina texting me on a Sunday about something to do with a bank from NJ when they have a NC area code.I have no business with Hudson City Savings or whatever thay claim to be.

I called the number and the message announced itself as "Hudson City Bank". It asked me to enter my 16 digit card number then press #. I entered a phony number. It just kept on asking me to enter the 16 digit card number. It never progressed beyond that. The message just kept on repeating. Definitely a phishing scam!
The number came up as one in NC, then when I pressed "O" and "#" it jumped to PA, then Ohio. Text msg I got read "Hudson City savings alert. Please call 7044643177." Will be notifying Hudson City bank.

Text message claims from Hudson City Bank and states to call 704-464-3177. Autmated phone message states thanks for calling Hudson City enter your 16 digit account number.
THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM!!!! IF YOU RECEIVE THIS TEXT MESSAGE DON'T CALL AND DON'T PROVIDE ANY INFORMATION. REPORT IT TO THE FTC AND THE BANK.
