Yep hvac telemarketing call with fake caller ID.  Best thing you can do here is tell them your utility bill is at least 300 per month, then let them schedule an appointment. When they arrive you'll know who the company is and then you can report them for violating the do not call laws. Also you can take great pleasure in telling them in person that they wasted your time on the phone and now you've just wasted their time by making a trip out to your home!
