This number called me 5 times today... When you answer, no one speaks, and it goes to a busy tone and hangs up. If you call it back, rings twice and goes to busy tone. Must be malfunctioning autodialer

This  # just started calling and of course no message ever left.  When I have answered it,they hang up. We don't owe anyone. Please do something about the rude and inconsiderateness.

I sued JTL Incorporated and obtained a judgment against them.  I would advise anyone who has dealt with JTL Incorportated to sue them under TCPA or FDCPA for violations.  JTL Incorporated violates TCPA and FDCPA rules on many occasions.  I am now GARNISHING JTL INCORPORATED with the judgment I received in Court.  You may sue JTL Incorporated in District level Court in your state. Please review rules under TCPA and FDCPA for violations against JTL Incorportated.  They use Bank of America for their business account, Where I will be garnishing JTL Incorporated.

I sued this company for TCPA and FDCPA violations.  I brought the action in Small Claims in District Court in Michigan.  I now have a JUDGMENT for $3000.00 against them.  I am in the process of GARNISHING this company.  I would advise anyone to document the calls after you put your number on the "DO NOT CALL" list at "donotcall.gov" and then follow the procedures under TCPA and FDCPA to sue them.  This is very easy to do and maybe it will force them to change their procedures while putting money in your pocket.

I have just started receiving calls too from this number 704-494-7120.  Mostly they don't leave any message.  Once they said this is not sales but that we have business together.  I am not aware of any business with this company at all.  They don't leave any information as to who they are trying to get in touch with.  I've had this happen once before.  They keep on going even though you don't have any business with them.

Back in Jan 2010 I was at lunch and I received an unknown call and it was Robert Brock telling me that he is heading my way the following day to serve me with some papers. He said that I am pretty out of his way and thought he would give me a heads up in case I wanted to take care of this so he didnt have to drive all the way here. He gave me the number of the company who was issuing the paperwork (JD Enterprise) adn to talk to Joe Willis. I was so frantic and not sure what I should do or who they are that I called them asking what this was in regards to. I spoke to guy named Brian James who was unimaginably rude. He said that I owe 1400 and in order to stop the carrier the next day I had to give him 800! I said this is the first that I am hearing about this and I have no idea what your talking about. He never said what it was for or when it was issued. He kept going how I am irresponsible and I am committing fraud and was going to go to jail and on and on for at least a good 20min. I finally broke down into tears asking him to send me documents of the invoice and he refused to. He finally said that it was for a pay day loan or something and that they deposited money into my account in 2007???? He bullied me and harassed me and broke me down until I gave him 400 bucks telling him I would give him the rest in a few days. After hanging up the phone with him, I started to do some research, thinking that I do not recall any pay day loans. Lucky for me I have online banking and looked through every month statements for any deposits made going back to 2006 and found nothing. Feeling sooo stupid that I cried like a baby because I was scared and not knowing what to do. I felt like a victim of a scam. I immediately called my bank and made a dispute for the 400.00. The bank did some research and FINALLY credited my 400.00 back. A few short days later I received a call at my office from a Mr.Ross yelling at me very angry because I refunded the money and if I wanted proof he will show me the proof in court. I finally spoke up and told him to F%&K off and not to contact me with out sending me proof. I told him that I would go to court if that's what he wishes to do but all I was asking for is a simple detailed information on the claim against me and if he would rather go to court then send me simple paperwork that I am entitled to then fine but he will not get anymore money out of me. A few days later  sent a very long detailed letter to JD asking for information and validation on the case and NOT to contact me by telephone and only by mail. I also mentioned that I am not refusing to pay but is asking for proof of the debt. I never received a response and he has not contacted me by phone or mail. I never saw any proof.
I receive voice mails at my office and on my cellphone asking me to give him a call (and again he was very rude). I have yet to return his call. I have sent 4 letters to that company so far and never do I get a response back in writing.

Does anyone have any advise on how to handle this?

They have been calling us several times a day for several weeks - we have caller ID and let it go to the answering machine.  occasionally a woman leaves a very mumbled message about needing to call immediately.  there is no indication of why they are calling otherwise.  it is nearly impossible to distinguish the number to return a call to.  While I think a female southern accent is usually delightful to listen to, this female southern accent was anything but.  words slurred together and barely audible.

I keep getting phone calls from this number identified as JTL, Inc.  I looked them up.  They are a collection agency and I DO NOT OWE MONEY TO ANYONE!  I won't answer the phone.  Thank heavens for caller ID!

Started getting calls from 704-494-7120 last week. They did not leave any messages. I answered today and they hung up. I called back and got J Graham and Associates stating they were looking for an Alan Cole. I told them to take MY number off their list as I am on the DNC registry and have had this number for over a year and a half. No Alan Cole at this number.

Got a call from this number last month about a US Bank checking account from 2006.  Said I owed over 700.00 because of the outstanding checks that came through during the 30 days after I closed the account.  Called US Bank and checked with them because I did close an account there years ago, which was closed with zero balance. US Bank said to not have contact with them.  I called the collection agency back and they said US Bank wouldn't know about any balance and they would put this on my credit report.  Got a call again today, told them I didn't have an outstanding balance and could prove it and was told it was going to litigation.

Seriously, quit calling me!  I called the 877 number and told them that someone called my cell number and I am on the do not call list and the lady was like "you don't even know what we want!" Yes I do! You say I have a debt owed to US Bank.  I don't owe anything to US Bank!!!!!!! She said "ma'am, can you hear what I have to say?"  NO. Do not call me.  Then I hung up!!!!  Before when I got a call last month or so, she said that it would take years to provide the paperwork to prove I owe a debt.  Really? Then you're crap isn't in order then - because you're a scammer!

This is a collection agency. They were excessively annoying, calling my work and my cell phone. The representative was hard to understand.  They also will get very short with you if you say you can't pay your debt. I was able to make a payment plan with them which I had to, only to make the calls to my work stop. From, what I've checked out they are a legit collection agency.

This number also calls me many times a day and no one is there and they never leave a messsage!!!

This number called me on my cell.  My cell is registered on the national do not call list.  First it was a recording and then "Mr. Green" picked up.  I could tell it was some form of scam and ask for the company name and number.  Mr Green gave me the 877 # and said it was Jay Rim & Associates.  Apparently it is Jay GRAHAM and assoc? have turned them iinto the national registry.  The 877 # is 877-891-8080.  It does answer but they get a bit.... nasty when you explain that you have turned in BOTH of their telephone #'s.

Received a call from this number this morning.  Said I had outstanding debt from US Bank from the year 2000.  So....it takes 10 years?  I have no debt, otherwise it would've showed up on my credit report.  Told the lady I wanted paperwork to reflect what she said.  She asked me twice how I would like to pay for it, told her I wanted her to fax me paperwork first before the bill gets paid.  She said she can fax me the details, but not the validity for the account since the validity will take many months.  I'm sitting by the fax machine waiting....still waiting.  I'm filing a complaint w/my state and north carolina's attny general.

I just got a call from this lady, can't even make out the 877 number to call back and what the reference number was.  Weird.  Thanks to the postings on this site, realized it's bogus.  Hope I don't get another stupid call.

You can file a lawsuit against them for harassment.. They have no right to say that to you. By law you can collect a fine from them. Call FDIC and get number to your state general attorneys office and they would refer you to state attorney who can file claim for you for free of charge and even get you some money and stop all the calls.. Collection agencies break the laws all the time, but since people do not know the law or do not know what they can do. They take advantage of it.  File lawsuit against them. What they said to you is illegal.

This woman keep calling me from this number about my minor child. Saying she has an outstanding bill of some sort. She is calling me names and telling me I am an irrisponsible parent. I can't take it anymore. What can I do?

these people call me and have the nerve to put me on hold when they call me. And there callin my call phone I have no Idea who this is

They call me several times a day as well. I finally got sick of it and answered and they said they were looking for my husband. It was her tone of voice that I didn't like so I told her I didn't have his contact information and to stop calling my number. She got nasty and said they would keep calling my number until they got to him. I'm furious! I am looking into turning this number in for harrassment!

Said was a collection company and said I owed money on a bank acct. from over 8 yrs ago.  I knew nothing about this accnt. and said I would check into it.  Come to find out it was bogus and I'm glad I checked it out.  These guys are scammers!

Called me over 4 times today, I refuse to pick up as I will not pick up unknown numbers.  Doesn't leave a message.
