I find it carelessly and profoundly BOLD, for this Indian Guy calling 'MY' Police Dept 'place of duty'.  Hello?  RECORDED LINES, DETECTIVES, NARCOTIC AGENTS I.E. POLICE OFFICERS....FORENSICS  I can go on...........but, I am taking the time to help the 'online' investigation as reporting my SCAM as well.  The caller identified himself as ' Isaac Benson' and said he knew me from a long time ago.  He has called before, but it was approximately 3/4 weeks ago.  There was a 'detective' that made contact with him, I believe this was his delay (or) ignorance with calling back.  I have NOT made contact with him (I strongly advise NO ONE to actually c/b), this will give him access to more information i.e. false accusations/fraudelent authorization transactions (unknown to the victim).  Whether it's by phone-possibly recorded on their behalf (or) obtaining more information (in which you didn't realize you've given).  IGNORE the calls, DISCONNECT immediately!!!!!  Don't verify if it is or is not your information that's being submitted!!!

number 704-508-0117 keeps calling my friends and coworkers for me.  Police People say can do nothing but take a report; its SCAM!!!  I'm tired of f**kin s**t!!!  Dont want harasment no more, I block me number call THEM to!!!!! when answer blew wistle  !  Now they know how feel to be harased!!! not fare to innoscent people. gets angry me. so if he call you, turn up music or blow wistle    (it hurt there ears, they hangup)

HEY GUYS,,I TOOK 'SMITH03' ADVISE (who emailed me personally), we both received the same results from the Law (the same unfortunately)....they are 'scams' utilizing a building in Charlotte North Carolina thats being leased out.  Google the address:  2215 Ayrsley Town Blvd (704)-365-8890).  This establishment of course' has nothing to do with the Indians (somewhat); because of their hardwire lines are being used (may not know about it).  Anyways, I called the number back (blocked my personal phone number)  @ 704-805-0117.  I hung up 'each' time they answered and used Speed dial to continue calling.  They eventually disconnected that line (THE ONLY LINE THEY ARE USING TO HARRASS US)!!!! It went to voicemail and I left msg:  "See how it feels to be harassed!!!"  
Two wrongs don't make a right, but the harassment STOPPED.  They need more people calling!!!!  Lets make them 'disconnect' PERMENANTLY!!!!!

At least you were smart enough not to give them any banking info. I unfortunetly didn't have my thinking cap on the day these idiots called me repeatedly. They actually deducted the $750.00 out of my checking account. I called my bank right away and luckily my bank credited the money back into my account. What a nightmare. Never agin.

I got a similar message.  The connection was bad but I think the person calling me said his name was Justin Kirk.  Same deal - a friend of mine engaged in 'fraudulent activity' but did so under my name & phone number.  Which puts me on the hook for likely legal action and prison.  The person calling me could barely speak English - my coworker heard the message and said the guy sounded like he was a relative of 'Peggy' that obnoxious foreign guy in the commercial about redeeming credit card points.

I keep receiving the same call too, except this Indian guy's "name" is Brandon Scott.  They keep asking me to verify the last 4 digits of my SSN and despite my protests, do not oblige in taking me off of the do not call list.  He also claims to be sending the "cops" to my job and house.  Pretty sure its an attempt to collect a debt.

my daughter and I played with this guy for about an hour...said his name was Chris Anderson..couldn't hardly speak English; asked him to spell the name of the investigative company and he said it wasn't a company it was a law???  Still would not spell it.  Asked him what he was wearing and why he couldn't speak English and why he thought I would believe his name was Chris Anderson......  Had calls in the past, told him he was a scammer and said his telephone number was all over the internet as a scam...first said I owed $1000.00, but wouldn't say how or why and then said he didn't want my money, but that he was supposed to inform me of a lawsuit..wouldn't tell me what he wanted.  Finally told him to f off and he called back and said he wanted to f me.  what a bunch of idiots.  Will be hanging up from now on.

better yet, keep calling them back and F'ing with them.  Great stress relief, and it keeps them occupied for awhile so that they aren't busy scamming some other poor soul!  Have fun with it, I do it all the time.  Nothing like calling out a !###@@@# scumbag like these idiots.

this stupid number call me so many other times.. last year call me regarding the same issue this year 2011 i guess they are really desperate  for money... they finally left a voice mail stating that i have to call this guy back and its my last time final statement to call back ... whatever bull sh@#t.... saying that they are filling a law suit under my ssn... i are they serious... im thinking maybe i should change my ssn lmaf... they even states that they are going to put me in jail that two cops are going to come and get me.  that i better give them my attorneys number... im like what attorney... i ask them from the documents that they of me and fax it to my work, they couldn't even do that even after i verify my last ssn... they just want my attorneys number... than i told them that if two cops are gonna come get me than i will just call the police department... so i ask for his number and information... than i hung up... they kept calling back... so i let my co worker talk to him omg... they wouldn't even quit... so i call the police department regarding the issue, they say that its all scams... i even ask the banks about it and they say that by veifying ssn they employees are not allow to say tell the customers last ssn.. the customer suppose to do that them selves... ugggghhh fucken scammers

I received a 3 min voicemail from this idiot. Told me his name was Rocky Fisher. I laughed out loud when I first heard it and thought it was a joke because he couldn't even pronounce his own name and had to stop and start over!! ROFL

It sometimes shows up as an UNKNOWN number but I don't answer any number I don't recognize.

Long list of calls from this 704 number. I just got one today at work. Somehow they got a hold of one of my co-workers numbers and left a msg for me to call.Can  you believe this s**t... It was Mr.Bob Green. OMG, they wanted me to verify my social security number and my work phone. When I told him that was not my ss# he placed me on hold for a long time...

keep getting a call from this number claiming that they are officer Mark Foster I told them if I owe you money send me a statement they won't even give me a fax number they claim they are going to take me to court and call my job too.  They sound like they are from India.

I got a call from the same person this week. He had an Indian accent claiming to be an Officer David Farrington. He was threatening to take me to court and claims I owed $750.00 for a debt he refused to give me much info about. I unfortunetly authorized him to deduct part of the payment which came out of my bank account Wednesday. Even my bank got suspicious and when they called the number they too got a run around. I am calling my bank now to stop the final payment from coming out. My next step is to go to the police to file a police report.

Rec'd a call from Mr. Bob Green. He told my aunt that he was going to start an investigation on me and my Aunt. I called several times and it goes straight to Voice mail stating he is unavailable. Voice mail recording gives NO information other than the extention you called in unavailable.

This man from this number 704-508-0117 started calling my work number today and I keep telling him this, but he keeps calling saying he is with some law firm conducting and investigation.  I told them to stop calling my work number and as soon as I hang up they call back.  They wouldn't give me a name.  If they were legal they would know that if you have requested them to stop calling then they need to contact you via mail.  They even tried to get me to verify my SSN over the phone.  These people are crazy!  Also, if you owe a debt they can't take you to jail unless it's for child support!  The "supervisor" even got on the phone and didn't want to give his name either.

This number started calling my job yesterday, and will not tell me who they are or what they are calling about, but they keep asking for my banking information.  The person who asked for me name is Robin Matthew, and he also has a heavy foreign accent. He called again today, and I threathened to call the police, and he hung up. I am not crazy enough to give out personal information to people I don't know about. I do not believe it is debt collectors because they should be able to tell you why they are calling or send you a statement saying you owe money. I think it is scammers. They are constantly calling, and I wish they would give up and go away.

My husband keeps getting these calls today. When we ask to speak to someone else to gather more infomation they keep calling us both vulgar names, saying we are stupid, etc. The guy only gives the name Paul. He said my husband was under criminal charges for some type of online loan. When my husband told them that he hasn't applied nor gotten any loan online they went on to tell him alot of his personal information. They asked him to verify the information but he refused. This is a scam! We have called officals to investigate this.

This guys calls me at work all the time I have then say I not here.They call my cell all the time too and they have Indian voices.  When I got on the line with then I just say Hu! I don't understand you??But that doesn't stop them from calling I just never answer anymore at all...
