Just got a call at 5:25am!!! Not very happy. It was listed as a New York number. Im in Alaska 4hour time difference! Voicemail was left about this same payday loan bs. Last few days Ive had calls from Texas and Porland but without voicemails.  Not sure if numbers are linked?! Very annoying im on national dont call list. Why doesnt it keep these kind of number from calling???

Like many of you, I received a message from the fruitcakes.  This company did not call my cellphone.  They accessed T-Mobile's voicemail system and left me a message.  Since I recently paid off a payday loan with Ace Cash Express, I felt this call was legit.  

I went to their website and that's when things started looking scam-my.  First off, this organization is not listed in the BBB website.  On todaywepay.com's website, it list a phone number in Miami, Florida.  I called the number and it is never answered.  I looked up the phone number and website on BBB's website, and no such company is listed.  

So, I decided I would phuck with these scam-balls.  I filled out an application with fake info.  I used a fake name, fake SS#, fake address, phone number, fake job.  I gave them a real bank routing number but a fake account number.  After 1 minute, they said I was approved for a $300.00 loan.  

This message was listed on their site while they processed the fake application:
"We are not a lender. We will connect you with a licensed lender soon. Loan process has started. Shuting down this window will interrupt the process, we would not be able to guarantee you will be matched with the lender with the best rates available for your loan needs. If you choose to cancel your application for a loan, you must wait to be redirected to a lender, at which point you will be able to cancel or accept the loan."

On the bottom of the website, it had a link for privacy info and terms of services.  Both of these links were broken.  

What's the moral of the story?  I believe this is a scam artist organization trying to steal identities - ID Theft.  If they get your real bank routing number and bank account number, they can drain your bank account.  I know this for a fact because I'm a bank teller.  Avoid this company and report them to the FTC's donotcall.gov.

got the same number and the same approval code. i have done payday loans b4 but you have to be a smart consumer and check out the people who call you. however there are places that help you pay off these loans and they ask for the number/numbers to the payday places to make sure their legit. its call payless financial group their number is 1-800-407-1620 call and check them out see how you can be helped tell all your friends and family. oh yeah when I got the call from that todaywepay.com the it said I had 24hrs. to respond

Please do not send your info to these people. This is a scam that is trying to collect your info, and tap into your bank account. I received the same message about 2 weeks ago. I went onto the website to see if there was any other information on the loan, and it ask for all of your back information and personal information. The site is a SCAM!!!!! and the phone call is too. Please report this number to any website theft organization in your area.

Got the same call yesterday.I asked to speak to a manager for more info & they said he would call back & Never did .  I guess that tells us something

same call... same message...same code to give, which is odd because the message also said that code, 3335, would expire in 24 hrs.  hmmmmmm... hinky!

Got the same call - said I was pre-approved for $1500.00 and gave me a code of 3335 to put in on the website todaywepay.com - no where on that website to put in the code.  I do believe this is a scam.

Automated call from Pay Day Loan asking me to go to www.todaywepay.com and enter a 4 digit pre-approved code.  Uh.....No thank you!

I get so many bogus/scam calls regarding loans, cruise ships and contests that I've never ever heard of before. Since this site doesn't have SCAM listed for call type then I have no other choice but selecting Prank Call.

got the same call and the same approval code myself. can't even get the website to come up. I would ignore this and watch your credit reports.

I RECEIVED A CALL SAYING THAT I WAS TURNED DOWN FOR A LOAN. ALTHOUGH I MIGHT NEED THE MONEY, THIS SOUND JUST LIKE A SCAM, BUT WE ALL WILL KNOW SOMEDAY BECAUSE EVERY NEED WILL SURELY BOW ONE DAY AND EVERY TONGUE SURELY WILL CONFESS ONE DAY THAT JESUS CHRIST IS LORD. I PRAY THAT THEY,WHOSOEVER THE SCAM IS WILL GET THIS MESSAGE COMING FROM THE LORD.

I got a voice mail stating that I had been preapproved for a loan of $1500. Also it said that they had lowered their standards on approvals with bad credit and that I would have 6 months to pay it back. They gave me a code to use to get approved.

I got the same call today--I do have identity theft also. I wonder if you check online if they are able to put cookies on your computer? Anyway, when I put the todaywepay.com in, it could not find it, but found a lot saying it is a scam. Why can't people leave others alone?

Received a lengthy VM/recording yesterday with all the above elements.  Everyone needs to submit a complaint to their state AG and FCC.

Who calls me:  You need to add "SCAM" to your "call type" list.

I just got the same thing regarding the 1500.00 loan with code 3335.. DON'T TAKE THIS OFFER, BLOCK THIS NUMBER.. SCAM....

I went to the website and filled out total bogus information.  It is yet another lender search engine and it even said that the rip off western sky   would lend me money LOL  without any info being correct
