hangs up when gets my voicemail message thought for the day. When you call that number back you get a recorded message saying This is Scott Watkins with Senior Direct USA leave a message and I'll get back with you.

One of the offices are located in Florence, MS.  They will call each and every state several times a day.  I know this since I used to work there for two days!!!!  When I did talk to someone over the phone and they asked for me to send them some info on the life insurance I was told that we only sell the life insurance over the phone and that we can not send any info. That sent up some red flags on my end.  When you answer the phone they will ask for the person that shows up on their computer screen. Then they will proceed to tell you that either you or some one else in your family has requested some info about low cost life insurance to help with funeral or burial cost.  When they have your attention thats when the sob story kicks in. I personally never gave a sob story since I thought it was a waste of time.  Then they will ask you tons of health questions like: Your age, Your height, Your weight, If you smoke or take any blood thinners, When the last time you were in the hospital, Why you were in the hospital, ETC.......  When they finally tell you what policy will be best for you, they then proceed in the application part where they will get you account information so that automatic drafts will be taken out once a month for the policy.  I only worked there for a couple of days and THANK GOD I never sold any one any life insurance.  Even if you tell them that you can't afford the policy right at this point in time they will start to give you another sob story just to get you to buy the insurance.  I will say this.....Answer the phone,  you will be surprised at what they will tell you. I am seriously thinking about reporting this company. I think they are a fraud!!!!!   So glad I walked out on my lunch break and never looked back!!!!!  By the way I have some other numbers you can try when calling back, 1-877-730-5807, 601-845-4000 (office) 601-845-4444 (fax)

I got the same phone call. I have no idea who it is and when I called back it went to voice mail and a man said i cant take your call right now, call back.

I have been recieving this number calling as well, never answer though, and from the looks of it im glad i dont answer. It be nice to knwo wth is going on? I did try and call back, it went straight to voicemail of a male saying leave me a message

Got a call today tried to return it, got VM. I decided to goggle and I was shocked at what ive seen about this number Thank God we can report such things. I am from Alabama so I guess hes calling all over

The man said something about "important information for seniors," I'm assuming high school seniors.  I think if you sign up for scholarship services and the like, the scholarship search companies probably sell these people our phone numbers.  And... judging by everyone's responses, it seems like the people calling from this number will simply say ANYTHING to catch your attention...  Probably best off just not answering...

I started getting tons of telemarketing calls this year including from704-644-7181.
I have been able to verify my phone no at other times however today when I tried my no was no longer registered. cant get a hold of a live person to find out why. but am going to send a snail mail.I have a copy of my first registration I re registered.I just wanted everyone to know it is possible to be dropped

704 644 7181 from NC - continuous calls from this number and hangs up when we answered the phone.

Saw # on my caller ID, was trying to find out who it was was, they called again. I asked to not be called again. Yet they still call so now, I press "1" like I am interested, and when they answer, I scream at the top of my lungs, and hang up on them. I figure if I can deafen a few of their employees, they'll stop calling me... ;-) Good luck!

calls several times per week,never leaves a message.when I called back,a middle aged man (recording) using words like blessed,etc. wanted me to leave info for funeral arrangements.being chronicaly ill and being at deaths door at least 5 times this year makes me feel my medical info has been sold to this telemarketing scheme and violated.it can't be blocked unless I pay AT&T $4.95 per call.

BEWARE!!! Don't answer this call!!! Dial *67 to check where call is coming from. We got a voice mailbox belonging to: Cingular Direct Sales. Just another scam by the cell phone companies to BAIT AND SWITCH us into a plan of some sort. Nobody wants bothersome phone calls from this number. Number should be investigated for possible illegal sales tactics. Please boycott Cingular services if you get this call!

Very irritating..calls up to 6 or 7 times a day...I agree..need to pull the number...RIDICULOUS...they hang up when I answer

i found out that this number is connected with the company Senior Direct USA it a life insurance company but the 704 number is just automated you can get info from this website   www.srdirusa.com

I find this on my caller ID alot.  Hangs up when someone answers.  Makes me wonder if caller is not calling at all but trying to access the computer.

This caller interupts me often in our home.  We have babies in our home and this is very irritating.  They call and hang up whether I stop what I am doing and answer it or let the machine catch the call.  What are they up to?

Continuously calls my home phone but leaves no messages!  It's getting very tiresome.

Same situation here.  Anytime this number calls I get hung up on.  Not sure why they waste their time dialing numbers???  

I think they are looking for elderly sounding voices, as con men typically prey on the elderly.  I'm a younger man so I suspect this is why I get hung up on.  I'm also an actor, so next time they call I'll do my old man voice hoping to get some more info on who these con-people are. ;)

The call claimed to be selling some type of federal burial insurance, using a very southern male voice to make the sale.."Push 1 to hear more." I bet money if you push one you are agreeing to pay some type of crazy fee that goes directly to them. BEWARE!
