This is a criminal extortion scam operating out of India. They are making the calls utilizing VOIP and the names of legitimate firms to make it appear the calls are originating from within the US. There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information from unscrupulous websites like the one you may have filled out an application with, and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.

This same man called me and said that I was going to loose my job and told me to kiss his butt and constantly calls my job.

I got this call in Canada but couldn't understand what he was saying.

Guys, this is a SCAM.  The number is probably VoIP.  This is a FAKE PayDay loan scheme designed to SCARE you into paying a loan off that YOU don't owe.  Do a googler search on these fake debt collector schemes.  Print out the information and give it to your boss and co-workers.  These guys will harrass the hell out of you.   Calling your work.  Have fun with these jerks.  Laugh at them.  If they cuss at you, UNLOAD on them.  Keep calling their phone number back.  TIE their telephone line up.....if they are busy trying to trade insults with you, then YOU'VE WON, WE'VE WON.  That's a few more seconds or minutes that they're not scamming someone else.

Whom ever you are responding to my post and calling me a fraud, you definitely need help. He did not not one word that you claim you heard him say to me when he called my phone and harrassed me. How unprofessional for you and this So Called business your running treat like you do. I reported your cimpany to the FBI  for identity tgeft and harrassment as well as deformation of my character. Roger u are a lie.. I just received the same call like MCBROOM.. When I called the company called cash advance they have never heard of me.. They don't have my social in their system. I even called my bank so they could send me a copy of that month and year bank statement and I DONT HAVE A ACH DEPOSIT FROM ANYONE.. They are scams.. And I have reported his name & number to the police.. They will be coming after him for harassment and identity fraud

I just got this same call.  Scary they had most all my personal info.  Funny I had my identity and bank info stolen and someone even filed federal taxes under my name.  So honestly I am not worried about it.  My options were to pay or go to court.  I requested my day in court.  I have already filed paperwork (tons of it) with state and local gov about the identity theft.

So I will wait  lol

I have gotten phone calls from this number but also my work has gotten them. I now have filed a complaint with police since my job has pretty much fired me because of the phone calls. What else can I do??

This is a man speaking with an indian accent who obviously is an immigrant who has learned the concept of americans loving to sue everyone. He might be getting something done thru intimidating people that don't know their rights as american citizens but maybe we should use intimidation tactics to remind him that if he presses his luck as a guest in our country we will get his lousy a*s deported!!! Called an innocent woman who simply answers phones at a small office and was calling back to back asking for someone that she had no means to contact. When she told him she had no way to find the person he was looking for he got irate and kept calling her back non stop, cursing and intimidating her. He is obviously someone with serious mental issues because there is absolutely nothing you can get done that way and he was simply wasting valuable time if he was trying to actually close some business. Must not be very bright because not only is this all a waste but his direct line is now available for all to turn the tables on him. I've always had a disliking for people who try to intimidate others so although an innocent bystander, I immediately some research and called in some favors. His details were shared with the sherifs department in his town. This normally cannot be done but like I said I called in a favor and obtained an address on file for this number. There will always be someone stronger smarter etc when you bully people and he just met me ;) if he calls anyone again just blast him out by turning the tables on him. The cops will surely catch him soon npw that I've called it to their attention

I received a phone call from 704-745-4756, A non american males by the name of Augustus Burke with a complaint number N23175967, stated that there was a cash advance made online with my information, which was incorrect information, to get a loan over $2000.00 and I have to pay or the cops will come to job and arrest me. They also stated that they are going to put a block on my social security number if i don't pay right now.
I asked the man for the number to his fraud department so that i can resolve this matter of identity theft and he yelled cursed and threatened me again and hung up the phone. He called back and screamed and yelled at me and called me a B***H and said the he will see me in federal court.
Someone please help me. I did not get any kind of loan from any company.
