Got a call from this chick as I was driving to work. She asked for my daughter, who is SN adult and has her own phone. When I asked her if it was a collection call she said she could not understand the question. I told her to Never call my number again and hung up on her. Bi*** called me right back. I am reporting them to the NC Atty General, OH Atty General and the FTC, who governs collection agencies. She was dumb enough to call twice from the same number AND left a voicemail message for my daughter leaving a file number....3rd party disclosure !!!!!!

this# calls & wont speak

This is a scam!!!  Some creepy guy called me on my Verizon cell phone and asked for my husband regarding my 6 year old daughter!  WHAT?!  They keep calling.  I called the 704-815-0158 number and it says it is no longer in service, however that is the number that shows up on my incoming calls!!!!  How can I get them to stop calling me!?!

Everyday I get call from this number, I don't respond because of unknown name. I found from Google they are collection agency from at&t. I don't have any service from at&t because they are fraud. These collection agency has no ethics or principle, it is based on complete greed. They try to take advantage of  women, minority and elderly. It must be stopped, because it is harassment and they are fraud.

Called AT&T at the end of January to tell them that we would have to move services because DSL wasn't capable of handling our needs. Was told that our renewal date was August 1, when it was April 30. July 1 moved services because we moved to another location and got billed for all the chickens in the pot and all the eggs they would have laid because we terminated the contract too soon. Huh? Seems as though they NOW recognized April as the renewal date and we had an automatically renewed account. OK, SHOW ME A SIGNATURE. They were told at the end of January we were getting out, so that should have taken care of until the end of April. Get a call that they don't accept the dispute until I told them about being given the wrong renewal date. GASP, someone lied and it sure wasn't me. Enter Prince Parker to tell me that AT&T had sent the bill to collections. I told them the story and was asked, "How much do you think you owe them?
Sorry, I don't have the paperwork in front of me. "Well, why don't we say you will make a payment by September 26th?" Let's say no because I don't know what I consider fair because I don't have the paperwork in front of me. I still don't have a signature either. I also told the guy that I am a nasty little old lady and even though they might consider this a small sum, I'm the kind who loves to go to court. He laughed. Yeah, right.

I just received a phone call from 704-815-0158. I didn't answer the first time since I did not know the number and if it was important they could leave a voicemail and I would call them back. I did however answer the 2nd time since I am at work and work in an office. First off I have NEVER had any AT&T service so I am not sure why they are calling my Verizon cell phone. This is becoming a little ridiculous. I have started using Google to search for any unknown numbers that call me since this is happening.

Just got this cell phone activated with new number and all this past Friday and I have already been subject to calls from this number or a blocked number every morning at exactly 8:30am on the dot, have yet to talk to anyone since I keep my phone on silent and have missed the call, haven't attempted to call back since no one outside of my husband and close family have my new number.

No voicemail has been left either.

Not true. Even when you pay your bills if the company errorenously turns you over for collection you have to deal with this!!  Proving the negative is not easy.

My Mother that has dementia received a call from this number.  She told me they are sending someone to visit with her????  She owes no one ANYTHING!  This kind of thing MUST stop.  Now I'm terrified that she may open the door to some scumbag scammer!!

called cell at 7.06am....then again 8.16am, no message left...

This company calls at least 5 times a day, and never with a live representative always a computer generated recording. I do not have any bills outstanding, haven't used a credit card in 20 yrs. they refuse to remove the information from their system when you do talk to them. Looked up their information online and they are a debt collector.

I have been getting a call from (704) 815-0158, between 8:00 & 8:30, every morning .
That is too early for me and I do no appreciate being woken by some rude woman who hangs up when I tell her the party she is calling is not here.  She is actually asking for my deceased mother-in-law.  The name on caller ID says "Prince Park And".  I called the number back and got a recording that the number is not in service.  Going by the name, I thought it was a cruise line or travel company trying to sell a vacation or something but after I Googled it, I discover it is actually a collection agency.  Well, bless their hearts, if they weren't so very rude, they'd know that MIL is deceased.

He stated I had 2 hours to give him my credit card no# and give him 585.00 today or he will be furthering the case. I asked him to give me information on what it is how much and give me his offices full name and address he told me he isn't giving me no address that if I can't pay right now he will just go ahead and get his damn Money for his client. I asked him 3 times who was thr representing and he  just kept stating a client. I asked to give me his address and to FAX me info to this issue and he  stated he didn't have to that i have recieved the info and hung up. Then I received another call from another man who cursed at me and I  said that he was unprofessional to give me a supervisor and he hung up. The company called from a 704 then a 9042328500

These people keep calling and leaving messages for me to call them back at this number and refer to another number at an  extension, and I don't even know why they are calling me.  I pay my bills, and I don't have anything that they would be harrassing me about.  I have never talked to anybody, and don't know why they call me, but I called this number back tonight and left a voice message that I had nothing to do with prince park and associates, and to stop calling me.  Don't know if they will, since I don't know what it is that they are calling about.
