try telling them they are being recorded.  Once you do that get there name and who they are calling from.  Then inform them that you will take the message according to your  states consumer collection laws (look it up in NH they are only legally allowed to call once per week and leave a message.  Times are between 8am and 9pm).  I did this and the first time they hung up on me. Called right back and this time I told them the number was being reported to the police and that all subsequent calls would be considered harrassment unless they were done properly.  The key here is to actually record them and then bring it to the police.  worked great for me.  they don't call anymore.

they have called numerous times after I paid online and have a confirmation number.  I have given them the confo number and yet they are still calling.  Kept telling to stop since it is now considered harrasment.  On hold to speak with a supervisor as I am typing this message

they have called 22 times in one day from 8:00am to 9:30 pm,i just got another phone call from this number and swear to god the were breathing heavy into me answering machine...

HERE'S A TIP: For annoying frequent calls (ie debt collectors) to your cell phone you could save the numbers that call and assign them a unique ringer ID to ring as 'Silent'. So you'll get the call but it won't ring your phone and bother you. Then instead of getting annoyed or frustrated you can just laugh. Sure it seems they call from a million numbers but after a week or two you'll have them all saved and silenced. (ps. I ran into an old Nokia phone with no Silent setting so possibly you could just create your own ringtone with just of couple "pauses".)

Yeah they are pretty ruthless.  I sent payment via mail a week ago and they are still calling.  I just turn my ringer off.  Or better yet I will turn my phone off.  If anyone needs me, they'll call my wife or leave a message.  The alternative is to answer the phone and say the person they are seeking has deceased or ask them if they have found Jesus or something.  If you have some time on your hands, you'll find it very satisfying to waste as much of their time as you can.  :)

i get several calls from this company using different area codes. occassionally a message will get left on my voice mail. extremely annoying!!!

I have received calls from NCO, not only from this number but to many others to list.  They represent MANY companies as collection agency.  I have told them to take me from their call list and that if I owe someone, I will deal with comapny directly, but they just keep calling

They call repeatedly and do not leave a message.  The times that I have answered I have informed them that the individual they are trying to reach does not have this number nor do I know the individual.  They keep calling.  I tried calling the number back, but it disconnects immediately.

NCO is a nationwide collection company.  They call ffrom dozens of numbers and they represent numerous companies NOT just Old Navy.  My mother in law was plagued by them for months while recovering from surgery. re:, Sam's club, Target and Chase bank.  They are relentless when you actually speak to them they are obnoxiously rude.  Most times its ring , not msg left or when you pick up its please hold for an operator which takes forever.

started calling right after 8 am, called every 6 min.  no msg, just beeps on the machine, called all day, all nite.  i've never stepped foot in old navy.

They call 7 days a week, up until 9:00 at night, almost every half hour!!!

look up your state laws because that is considered harrasment in most i used to work at a collection agency and they break there guidelines all the time to make quota

They even call on holidays. Get a life. They had to purchase my account from the hospital. I had a heart attack and it cost $140,000.00. I can't pay the bill all at once. Besides I got laid of from missing work while in the hospital. They can call all they want. Can't pay it if I can't work. Guess I'll have to get a new #.
I called the hospital and they said they wrote the account off and has insurance to pay for the bill from the government. If they wrote it off and got paid for it how come this outfit has the right to collect again?

Started calling today (Sunday) when answered there was music playing. The next time it said all operators are busy plese stand by. 2X's more never said who they were just left recordings of music. I did not like being called on Sunday from any one except family. I don't owe them money or anyone else.

I receive several of these calls a day. If in face it is a collection agency with Dillards I wonder why they are calling me because I don't shop at Dillards or have a credit card with them.

New caller id trick they use "UNASSIGNED" now as part of the caller id name to work around blocker programs.

Annoying annoying annoying.  I just ignore it, and if I do accidentally answer I tell them it's the city morgue.  Worked...finally no more calls.

They call starting from 8:01 a.m. - 8:59 p.m.  Mon-Sun.  They call like 20 times a day.  I let the 2 year old answer the phone now and talk to them.  Time to start annoying them back.  Evidentally there is no time they can't call anymore.  8:00 a.m. on a Sunday.... come on.

please do something about this telephone number.  I am getting sick and tired of them calling 24-7.  It is definitely harrassmen.  This is going on from morning to night.
