This number calls my phone multiple times a day. I have put it on block because of how frequent they call. There was a woman named Tina Williams who used to have the phone number i currently have and im pretty sure thats who they are trying to contact. its really annoying how much this number calls.

?Ask the caller for his name, company, street address, and telephone number. Tell the caller that you refuse to discuss any debt until you get a written "validation notice." The notice must include the amount of the debt, the name of the creditor you owe, and your rights under the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
If a caller refuses to give you all of this information, do not pay! Paying a fake debt collector will not always make them go away. They may make up another debt to try to get more money from you.?Stop speaking with the caller. If you have the caller's address, send a letter demanding that the caller stop contacting you, and keep a copy for your files. By law, real debt collectors must stop calling you if you ask them to in writing.
?Do not give the caller personal financial or other sensitive information. Never give out or confirm personal financial or other sensitive information like your bank account, credit card, or Social Security number unless you know whom you're dealing with. Scam artists, like fake debt collectors, can use your information to commit identity theft ? charging your existing credit cards, opening new credit card, checking, or savings accounts, writing fraudulent checks, or taking out loans in your name.
?Contact your creditor. If the debt is legitimate ? but you think the collector may not be ? contact your creditor about the calls. Share the information you have about the suspicious calls and find out who, if anyone, the creditor has authorized to collect the debt.
?Report the call. Contact the FTC and your state Attorney General's office with information about suspicious callers. Many states have their own debt collection laws in addition to the federal FDCPA. Your Attorney General's office can help you determine your rights under your state's law.

they called me about a sprint bill from 2008.  i asked them for the backup documentation and they could not provide. they said it was from usage. they said that i owe the bill.  without documentation then i am not going to pay the bill.  they are very rude and non responsive to my requests.  they said they sent information back in 2008 to my address. i have moved 4 times since 2008.  if they were any good they would have my new address.  i will not pay any bill without back up documentation.

These people keep calling me several times a day & it is annoying! I am filing a complaint!

These people, whomever they are, keep calling my cell phone and it's very annoying.  I don't answer because I am not familiar with the number or the area.  You would think they would be smart enough to get the message you are not going to answer.

I get them too and I don't owe anyone money.  It's very annoying.  I have my number listed on the Do Not
Call register and it doesn't seem to matter.

They keep calling and when I pick up they hang up.  If they are collecting then they have to at least answer the other end to find out the number they are calling is indeed the correct one.  They should have a choice to advise them if they are calling the correct person they are collecting from.

They are a debt collector and have called from 704 area codes..I have vzw service and u can block up to five numbers for free...so they have started using a second line so I blocked that one too.

Walter Watkins is not listed at the phone number they have for him.  They call at all hours of the day.

This is not illegal theres nothing you can do to stop it.... its a collection agency.. you owe them money.

These people call me all the time looking for a Mr. Rodriguez.  Apparently they are a debt collector.  I am not Mr. Rodriguez  nor do I know a person named Rodriguez.  I have called back this number and asked them to quit calling me.  Also complained to the FTC and the Do-Not-Call registry.  Maybe with this action, they will finally stop.  They have been calling me for about 6 weeks, several times a day and with a recorded message that asks me to press 1 if I am Mr. Rodriguez.  No other option.   Always call on my cellphone.  I have limited minutes and do not have cellphone minutes to waste on such nonsense.  I have had my cellphone number for about 20 years.  Therefore it is not the former user of my phone number that they are looking for.  This company needs to make sure they have correct information about their clients before they randomly submit phone numbers to their robocall system.

This # 704-837-1877 calls my work and fax, my cell all hours of the day this is b***s***.

This is very annoying, when they call at least 3 times a day and do not say a thing just hang-up as soon as I answer please somebody make them stop. This is a place of business.

This call is from Diversified Consultants.  They will call ANY TIME even before or after 'suggeste' working hours.
