I keep getting calls from this number 704-841-2424 they say a are a bill collector for AT&T and I dont have and account with them..  

I Just Received A Phone Call today From That Number They ask for My credit Card because  I Own Them 54 Dollars Due To My Payment With AT&T I Knew It Was A Scam Because We Pay With Our Credit Card Monthly And I Am Not the Main In The Account Is A Family Plan So They Got The Wrong Person Anyway I Call And Report The Number To AT&T Just Don't Give Your Information

I don't know if it's AT&T or not. However, if it is they are calling me and I haven't had a phone with AT&T in years. My account was merged with my husbands. And our bill is up to date with auto-pay.

They called and left a message for "Accounts Payable".    Obviously wrong number, as Accounts Payable indicates they were calling for a company, so I added them to my SPAM list in Google Voice.  

I have gotten 2 calls so far in a matter of 30 minutes. Not to mention they aren't even calling for me. If they call one more time, I'm going to go off on them.

got a referb trackfone, seems this calling may be for the old owner, I dono, for some Adrena Williams.

Whom do you contact to let them know its not who they think it is they are calling

I keep getting calls and the only info they give me is they are looking for "Micky".. There has never been a Mickey at this number .. I have had this number for years.  I am getting so tired of this. I am a senior citizen and have had surgery on my knees. So it is hard to get  up and around at times to get the phone.

The company is real. However another company, a scam artist company, is spoofing their phone number. Call AT&T to report.

I've never had AT&T yet these people have called 3 times in 3 minutes!!! Give it a rest!

I have never had an account of any kind with AT&T, but the message said she wanted to talk to me about "(something) Institute of the Carolinas". So if this IS a debt collector, they're barking up the wrong tree, and using deceptive tactics (illegal) to get call-backs.

I don't know who this is.  I try to ask with no response.

These people or company have nothing to do but harass me now is started with att started over charging me its all about taking advantage of people

Started calling me today. I've never done any kind of business with A T & T. They'd better not start calling me because my state has strict penalties for such as them and I will report them.

This is a collection agency for medical as well as other companies.  They call me every morning, somtimes from different numbers.  They are very demanding.  I have been out of work for a while and I told them that, but it made no difference to this company.  No compassion for humanity!  They are vipers!  If you do owe the bill, pay it when you can...They are a reflection  of the company that you previously delt with.  Bottom line, as long as they get their money, Prince Parker does not care how they treat people to get it.

I did the same when AT&T lost the exclusive on Iphone I dropped all my AT&T accounts went from $ 1,400.00 for all my AT&T business to zerooooooooooooooooooooo I hate that company. I asked them to explain all the charges and they never could explain so bye bye AT&T

This company is a collections agency for many different types of businesses.  For examply Charlotte Eye Ear Nose and Throat.  Don't just assume it is AT & T it is not.  Again, they handle collections for all types  of businesses.

received at call from these jokers asking for Travis Stevens..I have told them repeatedly they are calling the wrong number as I have no idea who they are trying to contact.

Another Victim

Called me on my personal cell phone and asked for the account payable of some company I never heard of. I told them they had the wrong number. Asked me if I had heard of the company. Didn't feel like having a conversation and told them they had the wrong number again. Kept asking me questions. Kept telling them the had the wrong number. Asked why they had the the wrong number told them they had the wrong number because someone gave them the wrong number. Called them a moron and hung up.

These people call my phone daily in the morning!!  The funny thing is the person they are looking for does not have my number! I have had my number for over a year now and if you run a skip trace on it.. It comes back to my name not the one they are looking for!! I have told them several times you ahve the wrong number and etc!!! OMG!! Please quit calling me!!!

Called, left no message.  Who knows why these "people" do what they do. I wish I could get paid to harass so many people like I have to deal with every day. I have no unpaid bills.I don't charge anything, have no credit cards.  I pay as I go, and if I don't have money, I don't purchase anything. Yet still, every so often, I get a stupid call on my answering machine. As posted numerous times here, they don't listen or care if you tell them they have the wrong number, no such person, etc. Call the number back and it just rings forever, never answered. If you are AT&T, wake up and check your info. I don't have an account with AT&T, haven't had for decades, and over 20 years ago, when I did have long distance, I paid the bills upon receipt. So, get the facts straight.

hey i just got a call from them too....saying i am in collections and that i owe a fee and some lame thing about calling att customer service rep and putting us on a 3 way call.  as i looked at my att account online talking to the girls the so called att cust.serv rep says she cant see any of my last three payments!!! what the??? grant it we were over due and as soon as i knew i caled and paid that day.....got us up to date on our account.  the rep from the collections service was talkin down the att phone service says they have a history of this and then cuz she couldnt "waive the fee" that the collections serv. was trying to charge me as well as some $300 hundered dollars they said i owed....she put on her "manager" who reamed me one when i camly explained the situation....wow!! what a bunch of scammers!! My bro in law is a practicing lawyer of 20 some years and will be thoroughly looking into this matter.......BTW, i called an att rep myself told him what was going on and he said that I was an  upstanding customer owed nothing and that if i did owe that much i wouldnt even have been talking on my phone if it had gone into collections!!!!!!   they messed w the wrong people....oops for them.
