This caller referred to a legal matter and the IRS flagging our business.  What total nonsense.  These intimidation tactics are ridiculous waste of everyone's time.  Clear Creek should work on becoming a  legitimate business and the people they employ should figure out they are in a business that pranks business who depend on phone in customer.  Stop scamming and get a life.

They call here atleast 5 times a day to talk to the owner and he is never here, He says he is Mr. Johnson and he needs to talk to the owner regarding $22,000 that we have been overcharged.  Wouldn't you think they would get the hint that nobody wants to talk to them, why do you keep wasting my time all day, everyday.

Got a call from this number and they left a message about over billed finance charges or some B.S.  it's a scam!

I just got a call from these bone heads as well. same thing as what you said word for word. someone needs to stop these people. i have nothing on file.

He said he was from Clear Creek and my business had a GA lien of $14,000 for unpaid taxes and would like to help.  My part-time business doesn't even gross that much $$ in a year.  I advised him I understood he was one of those people trying to scam me of my $$ and put me on the do not call listing immediately.

This person called and asked for Monster Adventures... strange... calling provider because I seen on the news that people are calling from numbers and stealing information from your phone and charges lots of money to your phone account...

Just got new phone number.  Caller left message for someone I have never heard of.  Sounds like a debt collector.

"This message is for Willy L Tate.  this is Ms. Young. Trying to reach you in regards to file number 13418688. It is time sensitive and requires your immediate attention Mister Tate. You can reach me at 7049263560 at extension one six one. Please return the call today. Thank you."

This People called us saying that we have a dept from IRS and he is insisting, which is not true! on the news yesterday I saw that there is a fraud using IRS standards. Please be aware!

Constant harrassing phone calls and won't stop wasting my time and my employees time. I have politely and not so politely requested them to stop but still keep getting bothered everyday. Very rude to me even though I am only requesting them to leave me alone.

I just got two calls from this phone number, advising me I owe $24,000 to the IRS and they "want to help me" This is nothing but a SCAM

We got a call from them this morning pretending to be the IRS calling about a legal matter. Beware!

this company continually calls my place of business. i have now TWICE said to stop calling. and she told me i was rude. after hanging up today she called ME back and told me the way to get someone to stop calling is to talk to them about it, then I put her on hold to have my boss tell her a thing or to, and SHE hung up. are you kidding me?? what part of stop calling did you not understand?

I told her we had people working on the case, and hung up on her.  she called me back and told me i was rude.  i told her i didn't want her information.  Told her if she called back I'd call the police.  she called back 2 more times.  and I'm the rude one.  she's the solicitor.  wow.

They called me four times to tell me that I am delinquent on my taxes around $11,000.  They told me that I owned a company that I have never heard of.  They didn't believe me when I told them I had nothing to do with the company or the taxes.  These folks are relentless and won't take "no" for an answer.

Received a call from them recently. They said that they were with the US Federal Attorneys office.

Miss Brown, extension 121, called and asked if we had any tax issues.  I responded with "Why is that any business of yours?"  She rambled on, and I asked if she was soliciting business.  She didn't know what that meant.  My take is that they are cold calling and trying to solicit business for services to "help" deal with tax issues.  They are certainly unprofessional, if not a scam.

Some inarticulate idiot called my office and insisted that we had a State tax lien against our business.  when I told him he was mistaken, he told ME that I was wrong, and it was in my "file".  He then told me to call my county clerk and give them my fed ID, to which I responded, "county?  I thought you said it was the state?".  I told him he was running a scam, and he became angry with me.  I uttered a few choice words and hung up.  He then called back and let the phone ring for 5 minutes.  

I hope he calls again...I have a few new words I'd like to share with him.

Asked this tax representation firm rep to remove me from call list and was berated that I had to use their service or risk IRS levies. Rediculous

Number called my cell phone but didn't leave a message.  I called it back, person answering phone did not give a company name.  When I told her that no message was left, I was transferred to another lady who said they were a company dealing with federal and state tax liens.  I told her I had no tax liens and she said it was "probably a misdial".  

Left a msg giving me a file number to reference when I called back.

These people are relentless. Will not take no for an answer.They think scare tactics and rudeness is going to get them hired to represent me in front of the IRS. These are the last people that I would use. They even called my wife's employees and harassed them. They need to go back to their video games to pass the time.

bi*** left a message saying i owe federal taxes and it can't wait.  i can't beleive they can make these allegations that are completely false.  scam scam scam, who in the hell would want to work a job calling people like this, karma is a bi***.

First it is a state collections problem, then it is a office of the county clerk's problem.  Don't talk to them.

These idiots keep calling no matter how many times I tell them not to.  First they are an attorney, then a federal financial firm, etc. etc.  We run a small three person office, we have no issues, and this is an extremely aggressive scam.  Good luck!!!

Lady has called 2 or 3 times.  Today she said that we are in a "forcible collection" situation with the IRS and that our business and personal assets are at risk.   I should call her back immediately to clarify the situation.  We know we have no tax issues - this is just a scam.
