704-945-6000 called me and did not speak, then hung up on me. I found out it is CPI security who Ive been using. The support was kind of "sceptical" or "difficult" (for a lack of a better word) talking to me. This is not the first time this is happening and the CPI has quite an attitude. I would not recommend them anymore.

This damn company keeps calling us! We tell them to stop and they won't. I guess maybe we'll have to tell them that we will take "legal action" if they don't stop harrassing us. They call ALL day and ALL times of the night! We started just not answering but then when we do answer they hang up on us. Stupid Idiots!

I blocked this number months ago, so I no longer hear anything at my house. Nonetheless, look at the continuous barrage of calls originating from there. Every 1/2 hour relentlessly in the evening. There may have been more in the afternoon, this is far back as the call long went from my VoIP carrier.

They keep calling us at all hours. Dead air when we pick up. Very annoying.

stop calling me!!....i work 3rd shift and don't know who the heck you are....i have an answering machine use it dang it!!!

I just received a call from this number and the man said he was with CPI security. He claimed he had a wrong number and proceeded to ask me if I had a home security system. Perhaps he is fishing for a home to break into!

this call just keep coming in and coming in when it is picked up no one says anything.  we are tired of this company and wish they would just "get it" that they are a nuisance and should utilize the telephone for what it is meant for......to say something and stop wasting time if nothing else the owner of the line should be fined for harassment!!!!

CPI calls 2-3 times a day no answer, no message so I called their 800 number. try it their answer will make you laugh

Called at 9:45  5/21/09 - wanted to talk with Ms. Garis, I told them they had wrong number and he broke in  said it was  CPI secuity, Told him I didn't need him, he continued to talk and I hung up.

I called it back.  Its says CPI security.  I did not wait to talk to someone.

We have been getting calls from this so called "security" company ever since we moved to NC 2 months ago-- THE VERY FIRST DAY OUR PHONE WAS HOOKED UP!!!! They call at all hours pretty much everyday, and if you do pick up there is no one there...oh and they NEVER leave a message. After some digging I found it was a home security company or at least posing as one.  

Check out www.ripoffreport.com and search CPI. They have scammed a lot of people and one person claims they took unauthorized funds out of their checking account! Why are these people allowed to do this!

If anyone knows who to report this to please let me know. I'm sick of it.

calls all the time

Calls me everyday and is around christmas. IT is a charlotte number and I am just close enough to go have a word with them.

Calls us the same time every day.  How do they get through the no call list???

I found out who the company is..CPI Security Systems..I guess they are trying to scare me into buying a security system...

Well I am scared to call the # back...I did report it last night..I was woke up this morning with the phone ringing, I did not answer, checked caller i.d., the # was not known..

wow, that's scary, something similar happened to me! "hello, may i speak to the homeowner?" "they're not available" "ok, bye" hung up really fast...weird...especially around christmas time...

Hello...I have been receiving calls from this number also, lotsa hang-ups.I just had a phone line installed 2 weeks ago. I have not given my # out to no one because I use my cell.Got the line for computer,I do have a phone plugged in but I do not use it.Something really weird just happened.I had put my # on the do not call list.I was in my computer room and the blinds were still up, I am on the computer my back against the window, I lite a cigarette with a red lighter and the landline phone rang and a man said, do you have a red lighter! What is up?I am a little scared. Does anyone know anything about this #. I called caller I.D.,and this was the number that came up.

Yeah, they keep calling me too. It's been going on for a while now- at least two months. I've never talked to anyone on the other end, and they never leave a message. How annoying. This is the first time I've gotten calls like this on my cell phone.

They'll keep calling. Most of the time they hang up when you answer. Last time they called was nearly 9pm 10/30. Not appreciated with my infant asleep! My husband railed into them, I'm hoping that's the last we'll hear from them.

They called me 6 times this week--left no message, so I dialed back--this is a company I have asked to remove my number from their list once before--I left a message (since there was no one available when I called--they're probably harassing someone else at the moment) and told them in  no uncertain terms to remove me from their call list and left my number. I don't know HOW they could possibly get any business calling people's cell numbers.  It's just disgusting.

This number has called me for months, once a week on average sometimes more.  I think it might be a security company or something...they need to get a real job instead of making a career out of bothering people!

Calls everyday, no message is ever left.  Does anyone know who this is or what they are calling about???
