Starting this morning at 9a.m., this (704) number continuously called our business phone which is a RESORT in Florida for more than three hours tying up several phone lines, demandng to speak to an employee about a "loan" or "social security fraud" I stated that the employee was out of work for the day and "Adrian Walker"/ "Mike O'Daniel" yelled obscenitites and just plain out disrespectful. We had to shut our phone system down for hours due to the harassing calls. By the way if they are calling these people probably have your social #, address, etc so BE CAREFUL and REPORT IT. These individuals will not give you the business name; in fact when i asked he called me a "cheap operator" and became very irate

Keeps repeatedly calling my place of employment. In the state of Pennsylvania, who do you contact for harassment?

also they told me they are a investigators for some tax company and they keep calling me and my work...

These people are very rude... I get a loan from one company that I pay back all the time and I got this same phone call saying I am being sued for check fraud unless I make an agreement to pay I told them i didnt have any of my bank accounts numbers with me at the time so i could contact my loaning company to ask them about it. they  new my bank name and all of my work information... my loaning company told me that they are a scam and that 5 other people came in and saying the same thing. so they called back and I told them off they told me I would be very sorry and to tell my employer to hold my job for me if I go missing

I had the same problem with him today!  I am ready to phone the bbb to get them out of business.

They call me everyday, being rude to my co-workers and I get very tired of it.   I want it to stop so bad right now.

The person called with a strong accent claiming allegations that I will be taken to court.  But said they can keep that from happening if I make the payment.  They called at work and I got a name, Symond Hawk, and told him I would call from home at 4.  In the meantime I called one of the companies and they stated the call received was a fraud.  Symond called at 4.  I told him to hold on so that I can take notes and record the call so that since he is taking me to court, I wanted to make sure I have documentation on why.  He did not want to go over the allegations again.  He said he was from Cash Advance and his number was 704-972-8677.  He told me to hold on.  I am still holding!  He has not called back.  Do not give them any information.

I received multiple calls at work from "Alex Rodriguez" who works for the DFF "Department of investigation of Financial Fraud."  He said I failed to pay back a payday loan from CashAdvance Loan Company.  I told him I was notifying my attorney general and he asked "why are you acting like a b***h?"  He had lots of my personal information.  I applied for a loan a few months ago but never accepted any money.  He spoke to my manager and threatened to sue the company because of my "fraud." The guy Jacob Parker and A. Walker keeps calling making harrssing calls to my job & cell number.

Big spam, they dont stop calling my job, they have my information, stating I took a loan I never took, they threat you to not stop calling unless you pay them. dont do it and report this number to a local police Dept.

This is a big SPAM people, be carefull, the ask you to pay a loan you didnt take, report this number rightway, this way police can track them.

This company has called our business several times.  An individual by the name of Adrian

Has called my cell phone 6times within 30 mins and my work phone 3 times within 30mins. Very strong accent and could hardly pronouce my name. Left one message on my cell phone I couldn't even understand the message. BIG SCAM these folks need to get a real job and stop trying to scam people for money.

repeated harassing phone calls saying I've defaulted on a loan I never took.  Calls to both my work and cell.  Won't give any information re company, callers name etc,.  Only wants a credit card number
