I have been getting calls from this number.

Over a week recieving calls from this # and other similar #'s multiple times day.  Very annoying.  I never answer and they never leave a msg.

Sorry to hear you fell for these jerks scam.  If anything, you're a little wiser now.

Below are several reporting agencies that you can file with.  Unfortunately, in my experience, I have filed maybe 25 different reports and have never received anything back other than a form letter each time, indicating that they have received it, and that the matter will be looked into.

I figure, if I file enough of these, and everyone else does too, eventually, something may, actually be done about these scams and intrusions - but to-date, nothing other than an acknowledgment letter from the government arrives.

Doubt you will ever get the money back.  But you could get your $94 worth by posting the names, phone numbers, addresses -- everything you've got out here on the web.  Write your testimonial, tell the world what happened and maybe, someone will read it and will be prevented from doing the same, while these bottom-feeding suckers will have lost a potential payoff and some hapless victim will be eternally grateful that they had read you post that day.  Pay your loss forward, by turning it around and helping someone else not fall for this. At the same time, you will get a very small amount of revenge by shedding a light on the slimy hole where these morons live.

DO NOT be afraid, there is nothing they can do to you no matter what they say.  Want to set their blood on fire?  Ask them to start speaking proper English, and when they begin to get enraged at your comment, interrupt and patronizingly scold them for not responding to you in English.  It pisses them THE HELL OFF!

i got scammed out of $ 94.49. i believed everything they said and now im fighting with them t refund my money. who do i report to? i wish i had read this before i believed them.

RECEIVED PHONE CALL FROM MANY WITH HEAVY EASTERN ACCENT SAYING I OWED THEM MONEY AND THEY FILED A LAW SUIT AGAINST MY NAME AND SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. I TOLD THEM TO SEND IT IN THE MAIL TO ME.HUNG UP ON ME

I just became a member of the 'let's scam this one' club, too! This fool called me at 7:45am stating "I had promised to make a payment today on my payday loan".  I told him immediately I recognized his voice as the same man who has been calling my number for he past three months stating I had been approved for an auto loan, business loan, payday loan, etc. Now he is trying to collect for a payday loan that doesn't exist. Fortunately, I didn't give him any info. I did call him back and tell him I knew who he was because he had called me too many times with scam tactics. Then l TKO'd him by saying, "Your number has just been given to the U S Marshal's Office, Better Business Bureau, FBI, and Internal Revenue. He  hung up.

INDIAN GUY CALLS MY PHONE AT 512AM 815 AM 10AM 12 NOON 2PM ON A DAILY BASIS AND I FINALLY ANSWERED AND HE TRIED TO TELL ME I GOT A $500 PAYDAY LOAN AND RECEIVED THE FUNDS. HE SAID THAT HE NEEDED TO VERIFY MY SSN, DOB CREDIT CARD NUMBER, BANK ACCT NUMBER AND SO FORTH BECAUSE I AM PAST DUE ON MY PAYDAY LOAN.  I KNEW THAT I DIDNT GET A LOAN AND THEREFORE I PLAYED WITH HIM A LIL BIT. I ASKED HIM WHAT THE DATE WAS THAT I GOT THE LOAN, HE SAID "UMM OCTOBER" I SAID WHAT DATE, HE SAID " UM AROUND THE 17TH OF OCTOBER" I SAID AROUND? HE SAID "YES MAAM THATS WHAT IM TRYING TO TELL YOU" I LAUGH AND TOLD HIM THAT IM PULLING INTO THE POLICE STATION RIGHT NOW AND TO BE EXPECTING A CALL FROM THEM. HE THEN HUNG UP. SO FAR HAVENT RECEIVED ANOTHER CALL JUST YET.... VERY ANNOYING AND IS A SCAM. WATCH OUT!

They called me at 5:09 a.m. today...when I answered they hung up. Don't know who these people are but I am pissed!

Same story here. I acted as if I was an attorney and they still get rude and smart.  But this is a new number and I guess I will have to do the same thing as well.  Who calls you if they are gonna file a lawsuit against you. This is bullsh#t!!!

I get calls from sketchy numbers and sketchy people like this too often. Very heavy and threatening tones.

The best way to get rid of them is say "You'll have to bring this up with my lawyer". Usually they'll just hang up because they've realized they're not going to get any money from you. If they play along, give them a fake number.

I just got off the phone with one of these jerks and I told him to call my lawyer and get a real job. It felt pretty good :)

A referee's whistle blown loud & blown long usually makes them think twice before calling again! Even if it doesn't work, you can be sure you are permanently damaging their hearing for life!!!

I reveived numerous calls from this number, which I have not answered, but will teturn their call today. I was also receiving them from a number in Tx. I told that guy who also had a heavy Indian avcent that I was recording our conversation and he was violating the fair credit act by threatening me. Told him I was goimh to file a lawsuit against him personally and the company he supposedly represents. Then I was contacting the TX atty gen, bbb, and my attorney. He proceeded to call me a fkn bi*** over and over. I hung up on him, then called back over and over
. Haven't heard from them since.

Same old story, spammers.  Call repeatedly for a few days, then went away.  I blocked using Verizon.

There are just so many of these - I get spam calls 20-25 times per week, but the numbers always change every few days.

My story is the same as the rest, however when I told him I know he is not a law enforcement officer and that he is not an attorney he became very upset and started yelling at me! I told him I know my rights and that if he called me again I would contact the FCC since it is illegal for him to harass me. I also spoke over him say I was not intimidated by his threats and to stop calling before I call my attorney and file suit against him!!! Know your rights, stand up to these idiots!!

I've received 2 calls today from this number, but have not picked up either of them (one was very early and the other happened when service dropped while it was ringing.

I would have laughed or hung up on them had I answered. So foolish.

yep same call today..i get numerous calls from people like this and they are all the same..i just talk s*** to them everytime they call and then i start laughing at them and telling them how stupid they are..haha..and HARRY ANDERSON--you know thats not your real name since you sound like a f****ng terrorist...you either NEIL JOHNSON...if you guys dont leave me alone i will call you 100  times a day and i will not stop i will make your lives a living hell you will be begging me for mercy..watch and see

Same thing for me! I can't understand him when he says where he is calling from. I insisted that they send me the documents they were talking about and they transferred me to his "supervisor", who hung up on me when I would not give him the information he wanted.

I recieve about 3-20 calls aday that are scams just like this one and from this one. What I have done is tell them that my phone is being recorded and that all calls are being reported to the FCC/LOCAL POLICE/FBI/STATE GOVERMENT. This will usually stop them for awhile. In reality I have done all of the above. if you look deeper into this site there are some links to report them. this has worked at where i work. I hope this helps you.

got a call from this number, didn't answer, however, the cowards behind this # didn't bother to leave a message.  Upon reading prior comments on the scammers involved at this number, I went and reported them to the FTC

I received a call from this number today.  Didn't answer and no message left.  Glad I decided to look it up first.  Gotta love caller ID.

We should agree to pay up the amount owed.  Ask them where to send the check.  With so many targeted potential victims, I am sure we have someone here in this forum that live close to the address or postal box.  I am not suggesting to approach this guy.  Just get a description of him, his car, his license plate, his house, his wife that may be with huim ... and post all that here.  Next time he call, read his "file" to him.  Let him look over his shoulder for a while.

Called, left no message, also calls from 330-989-2468.  Complete scam. They actually got my number from a friend's payday loan (they gave my name and number as a reference, apparently, since I've never had a payday loan).

Calls and doesn't talk.

We received a call at 6:10 a.m. it rang 2 times then hanged up. The law is that they are not suppose to call until after 8:00 a.m.
