This phone number is related to fraudulent cheques.  An intended target received a cheque by DHL and called a "Sandro Toranto", payment consultant, at this number to get authorization to cash the certified cheque.  Sandro gave him a story about a Malaysian investor.  Fortunately the target called the company listed on the cheque and verified that the cheque was fake.  Saved him some money.
