Didn't answer it. They left a message. All i got was people talking in the background. No one has this number except my kids and it wasn't one of them. I don't answer call from numbers I don't know as it wastes my cell minutes.

Microsoft does not call people unless they are returning a call you have initiated with them. There is no way that anyone, even microsoft, can tell whats happening. Never give access to someone who calls you with this lame story!
The only persons who should be touching your computer is you, your manufacturer, Real Windows support that you have called and/or maybe a real live tech you see face to face!

This number called me today. It's a man who can barely speak english claiming that he works for Microsoft and that my computer has been sending him messages indicating I have a virus of some kind. Wants you to log on and visit some website, eventually granting him remote access to your computer. DON'T DO IT!!!! Complete scam!
