I receive about 2 calls a week from this company.  They are either from Barrie or Gravenhurst - which is a lie.  They do not listen to what you tell them about being on the DNCL.  The accent is definitely East Indian and I am wondering if fraud is also conducted from off shore sites.  He will not listen to the fact that we have radiant heating and no air ducts.  If you call the number, it is not in service.

Does anyone know who we can complain to.  Or is it best to make the appointment and have the police on hand when they arrive. Treat fire with fire.

sick and tried of all these unknown calls

Received call from this number.  Very hard to understand accent, that sounded East Indian.  I asked where he was calling from and he stated the name of the company, which I could not make out.  Then I asked if he was calling from Canada because he sounded very far away.  He again said he was calling from (name of company).  I asked again if he was calling from Canada.  He said yes.  I asked WHERE in Canada.  He hesitated and then said 'Toronto'.

I asked he 3 times what he was calling about before he started babbling off what seemed to be a script, with such an accent that I really could not understand him.  I said to him "I'm sorry, but I cannot understand anything you are trying to tell me.  Please take me off your calling list."  To which he answere "Ma-am, I cannot do that."   I replied, "Of course you can!  Please do not call again -- I am not interested -- and please take me off your calling list."  

He hung up on me.

Received a call a couple of weeks ago from ADC (Air Duct Cleaning Services) apparently based out of Parry Sound (I doubt it). Scheduled "Paul" to come and clean my ducts for that Fri pm.  I called him back to reschedule to Fri pm as my work hours changed. I did a little research online in the mean time.  No such company etc.  Called "Paul" back and cancelled the service.  When asked why I just said that my husband found out that I had said yes and he got very uspet with me. "But you promised me to come to you. You said it was ok." I then explained that my husband was upset and there was nothing I could do.  I go to work on Friday and guess who shows up at my house, "Paul". Thankfully my husband was home and not just my teen son. Husband told "Paul" no and off he went.  I wish I could have been home to give this guy a piece of my mind.  He's lucky my husband it verbally gentle

I keep getting calls and calls from this number they call themselves Air duct cleaning services. Do not accept any buisness from the crooks they will take your money and no work will be done.

Now have had two calls from this number, and both were dead air. Very annoying and bothersome. Please do something about disconnecting their number.

I just received the final -straw- that-broke-the-camel's-back call. He said he was calling from Sears Duct Cleaning Service!!   After I hung up, I Googled the number showing on my call display  and read the many, many complaints of fraudulent and/or false representations of companies, the foul language used, etc., etc., etc.  I dialled the number and received the "no-longer-in-service" notification!
I called my local Sears office and gave them a heads-up.  Then I called BELL 310.  I thought that surely Bell could track down that number and perhaps even  disconnect it!! The Bell rep  with whom I dealt was very concerned and we spent quite some time while I gave him details of my own experience plus the information I had gleaned via Google.  During this all of this he was   also consulting/connecting with his reps and the CRTC. I expect I'll probably hear from the CRTC.  
 I respect the jobs of legitimate telemarketers, and I have exercised my right to  be put on the Do Not  Call List which they honour.
The illegitimate harassers ignore the law and our rights so I will do everything I can to thwart, and bring to justice the fraudsters.  I urge everyone to do the same.

I am soooooooooo tired of them calling over n over. Ask them politely to take my number off there list n to stop calling cause they r wasting there time.NOT INTERESTING!
But nooooooooooo they keep on calling... get tired n frustrated about this. They call at times early in morning , during the day , evening n even late at night! They are pissing me off!

I've gotten numerous calls from these guys, using all of the numbers listed in one reply.  On two of previous calls I've mentioned that I am on the "do not call list" and then they hang up.  On another couple I've told them that I have no ducts in my house, we're all electric, they still call.  Just got a call, told them I have no ducts and that I am on the do not call list, and that I will report them if they continue to call me.  His reply was his  first time calling me!  Are you kidding!

They call my home at least twice a day.  I simply do not answer.  I have also received the beatings voicemails.  I find the best way to combat ignorance and vindictive behaviour is to simply ignore it.  It works for me, but I appreciate all those who are fighting to end the calls.

Yep, getting these calls too... Several times a week... I am tempted to have them come to my house, and then call the police when they are here... They are sneaky ba5tards, so we all should be sneaky right back!

I have had many calls from this number for duct cleaning and always say I am not interested.  Tonight the man wanted to know my age and I said not important put me on the do not call list.  They he started talking very dirty to me and then hung up.  I wish something could be done about this.

Been repeatedly getting phone calls from this number for over a week now. These people are harassing, and swearing when we tell them we are not interested. The calls have not stopped. We just don't answer anymore. From what I could find online the number is listed through Bell in Goulais River, ON (Sault Ste Marie area). Company name: Hawk Junction. If you call the number, you will get a recording telling you the number is not in service.

I receive several phone calls from this number on a weekly basis, I want to say even twice a day some days. Most times I say my husband isn't home and hang up. Every time I try to call the number back the operator says "I'm sorry the number you have dialed is not in service". How can I get them to stop calling? They call during my daughter's naps almost everyday!!!

UPDATE:  I did file a complaint with the CRTC - Do Not Call List and also complained to Topline Duct Cleaning in Toronto, Ontario.  I had an almost immediate response ffrom Top Line's representative who says the fraudsters who use 705-889-7475 have NOTHING to do with that company.

He said that these crooks give the name of several legitimate companies when someone asks the name and then hang up.    

According to the Greater Sudbury, Ontario Police there have been many complaints like mine where the caller swears at people if they don't get a possitive response.   The local police said that these crooks show up in unmarked or falsely marked vans, ask initially for $250 cash and then once they start the job ask for much more.  The work is often not done or not done properly and they leave with the cash.

If your telephone number is on the National Do Not Call List, I suggest you file a complaint if they call you.
As these people are often using false company names and try to defraud people by bumping up the price or not doing the work at all or completely, I suggest you contact Phone Busters if they call you.

Never engave any company that calls you like this.  Instead if you need work done contact a local reliable company yourself and check them out first.

August 12, 2012 received a call from a man offeriing air duct cleaning.    I asked the name of the company and he said "Top Line Air Duct Cleaning".  I then politely asked the address and the telephone number of the company?  He said "Oh, you are going to complain."  I then asked him again politely "What is the address and telephone number of his company and why he is not using the Canadian Do Not Call List?"  He then said "You can take it up your f**king a***" and he hung up on me.

Do not even consider dealing with this company.  If your number is on the DNC List, I suggest you report them.

Its stupid F*ucking Air Duct Cleaning Services. This is one of MANY numbers they use. You can request to be put on a DNCL, but they do not listen. The following are other numbers they have used.
