What a huge scam artist.  This bad guy posted a  listing on trulia, hot pads, and zillow.
Renting a 3 bedroom home.  He also said he is living in Atlanta
ga for work and will be there for 7 years!  He   Never answers the phone
And only emails you back. Beware and stay away !

Has a listing on Trulia for a 4 bedroom home. Says he and his family moved to Atlanta, GA for work and is looking for someone to rent his home for 7 years. Asked us to send him the deposit and then he would send the keys. Called the number he gave us several times, but would never answer or call back. He always emailed! Goes by the Name of Martin C. Tien. BEWARE!!!!

He says he owns the house and needs it rented for 4 years until he can move back to AZ. He wants to me to mail him the money and he will mail me the keys! HA!!  huge red flag!
Says his name is Brian Stagger.. He has a really thick accent

This is a big scam. They are using previous owner's name(s) to steal money from people. The Previous owner did not know anything about this listing as the house was sold last year.  Whoever is doing this had several houses listed(in several states) and was able to steal money from several people.
I hope they can catch them.

"Western Union" ! ! ! There's those magic words again - "Western Union". Any person, or business, that asks you to use a wire transfer is a scam. 100% EVERY time. No real business uses it. It is CASH. Again, it is CASH. It is NOT traceable. It can be picked up anywhere in the world. Nigeria, for example. If you are email, phoned, texted about a loan, prize, gift, lottery win, home rental, school, etc. and those words are used, SCAM.

Goes by a owner renting the home is asking for deposit sent by western union to a Home for sale never meet the person calls frequently to request the money . The home has been rented already. He's obviously a scam
