these clowns are very pushy about getting your credit card number and also tellyou they spoke to you the other day and now want to comfirm your order all the rest of these letters are correct

They always call my cell phone, but when I see that number pop up I just don't answer. I also get calls with a 000 prefix. I don't answer those either.

They keep calling everyday. I finally spoke to someone with an Indian accent. Very bad connection. Has anyone placed an order with them?

I have been getting calls from this number but they hang up when I answer.  I tried calling it back but a message said they were unavailable.

these guys call all the time and they are a scam- they say they are a licensed US pharmacy but they are not and anything you order will come from India! You can call them at that number and they will pick up but when they do they never say the name of the company, they always say Hello? which is weird because if they were a legitimate company they would have a toll free number not a cell number and they would answer it with the company name. So BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

705-621-6712, Athens, GA - called my home phone (again) this time my husband answered.  They told him they were calling me about my diet pill order, and needed information from me so that they could issue a refund.  My husband asked how much the order was and when it was placed. They told him it was for "around $500.00, and the order was placed on 12/12/07" !!!  When he asked how it was paid for they told him I used my visa card, and they needed info from  me so they could issue a refund that I had requested!!!  First of all, I NEVER placed any kind of diet pill order with anyone, especially for $500.00!!!  I think they were trying to get personal info to use illegally.  These calls have been extremely numerous, and not from just that one number.  Of course, I tried to call it back, and just got a recording that no one was available, and to leave a message.  They are relentless, and by fishing for personal information, have now stooped to a new low.

Keeps calling my home number

it is a pharmaceutical company that we have told numerous times to stop calling and they refuse.  So when i told him i would call him back as many times as he calls me until they get the hint he told me he would be waiting for my calls.

Male with Indian accent called asking if I take any prescription medicine. Aske who he was and he replided "LV Pharmacy". Let him know we are on the "Do Not Call List" and asked that his company add me to theirs.

I answered the phone and they triwed to sell me perscriptions. I asked the Indian (country not native american) sounding individual if they knew they were violating the do not call registry. He hung up within 2 seconds after that. This was at 21:16 on 25 Oct 07.

Keep getting calls at home from this number.  They never leave a message and when I tried to call it back, a message indicating "the party is not accepting calls at this time" plays.

I have been getting the same calls.  I was told CVS PHarmancy as well.  i have asked to have the number removed every time they call.  The person they are looking for is no longer here and when I tell them that they ask if I have any scripts I want through them.  It's ridiculous!

Someone [named Simon] from this number called and LEFT A MESSAGE, saying that my medication was sent to the wrong address and was returned to them, and would I call them back? Noooooooooooo. I did not.

Caller was Indian (India) said he was from some pharmacy. I asked that he remove my number from his call list and he said he could not do that and started asking questions about my phone was ithome or work or mobile etc. I told him to remove my number from his call list and that it was the law that he had to. He said he would start calling me every day then every hour then every minute. So I told him I was repoting him to the FCC for harassing phone calls. Then I hung up.
I think it is a great idea to keep them on the phone though. So from now on i will just lead them on and then not buy anything!

Wow! all I did was type in this number and Bam! other people have also been receiving calls from this number.  The sad part about this person calling and not saying anything is a form of stalking which is illegal in every state in the USA!

This number has called harrasing my number. I am registered with the national do not call. So should not be receiving these calls. I asked for a supervisor and was told to shut up. This company needs some sort of action taken agains it. I will be filling a report with the BBB. I have asked serveral times a day for about a month to be removed from their calling list but am still receiving calls. This is a viloation of the DNC laws and Regulations.

I keep getting these from time to time, this is the first I have a phone number to put with it.  One way to at least detour them for awhile, the next time, answer it like this:  Better Business bureau, this number has been transfered to us due to complaints, how can I help you?  they tend to hang up and they at least hold off for about another 6-8 months.
