Been getting a number of calls from these people.  In support of Clifford's statement about Oahu residents, I am from Oahu and still have a Hawaii number (808).

I've added this number to my reject list, but they still keep calling and my phone still shows it as a missed call.  Calling the number back gets you a pre-recorded message that suggests you hang up and wait for them to call again.

Been getting repeated calls from another number 815 960-1847.  Got a missed call today  from 706 661-0489 and suspected it was another telemarketer.  Decided to check it out on the internet.  Found that both numbers have been calling Oahu residents.  Everyone agrees that the calls are annoying, but i feel that there may be something more to this.  What do they stand to gain from "cold calling"?  Could this be a "phreaking" scam?  Check out  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phreaking .  It's amazing what techno geeks can do.  I filed an online FCC complaint and one of the questions was whether or not the call was actually terminated hanging up.  Hmm, I have no idea.  I better check my phone bill.
