I received a call on August 27 at 10:25 am. The caller id showed up as Nicoll Maria. The caller must have hung up. Please have this number in the do not call list.

I got a call from that number showing a Maria Nickoll as the caller. The answering machine picked up and the caller hung up.

Another hangup call from Maria Nicoll just now at 9:07 am.  I'm thinking the name on the caller ID is intentional (rather than out of area etc...) so that you think it's just some innocuous individual calling.  I still don't answer calls from numbers/people I don't recognize, so "Maria Nicoll" can bite me.

Numerous calls, no one on line when I answer. Caller ID shows NICOLL MARIA. Terribly annoying and aggravating.

Unwanted, unsolicited, annoying invasion of our privacy.  No answer when we picked it up.

I filed a complaint with the FCC do-not-call registry, which won't do any good, but I do it anyway, ALWAYS, because if 10's of thousands of people complain then maybe they will do their damn job!

Several calls hang ups when I answer. Also look out for vantage point services "Amber " and "Andrew" . They want me to send them a money gram to dissolve a debt from a Ace. I did a free credit report and alas! I was reviewed by Maraud , in June. SO I FILED COMPLAINTS EVERYWHERE FTC, Attorney General, dept. of consumer affairs, FBI/,dept. of Corporations, BBB, any agency  that has 3 letters!. Some get your info from hospitals, dr's offices, etc. the in case of emergency contacts....the personnel sell these scammers lists. No such thing as confidential information anymore.

This is a spoof number. I've been "caught" by this company a couple times answering my small portable... Kaylee from the National Renewal Center knew my name and address. She was making a notification call that energy prices were going up and she wanted to make me aware I may qualify for programs (solar energy). I have asked them nicely to take my name off their list as I am aware of all the enery costs & price increases and need no further information. They still call. They also call from 707-238-4418, and 213-373-6145. I called the number listed in the complaint section for the 4418 number - 877-593-2995, and actually reached this company: a voice mail, but they ID'd themselves as The Nat'l Renewal Center and invited me to leave a message. How about we all do so at length & with loud noises!

I actually found a better place than the FNC to complain to - sent an email to this person with a list of the 70+ telemarketing calls & their numbers I received within a 3-mo period AND received a response. Roberto Anguizola Marketing Practices FTC: ranguizola@ftc.gov.

Nicolle Maria on our cid. No message.   Why doesn't AT&T go after these people..  The U verse installer told us that only about 11% of U. S. households now have a land line.  Nuisance calls may account for at least part of this surprising statistic.  We do have cell phones.  Land lines may go the way of the pay phones. Then I suppose we will be getting nuisance calls on our cell phones.

Despite my outgoing message which clearly states, in part, "We screen all calls... please leave your name, number, and a brief message...", the coward who just called me listened to the entire OGM, and then hung up.

My caller i.d. says the caller was:  Maria Nicolle.

Too bad, because if she's an old -- and dear -- friend of mine, she missed out on having a lovely reminiscent conversation with me.

We need to start calling the phone companies and put pressure on them to pull these numbers and/or bring charges against those using them. I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST. and that's not going to stop them.

Got a call from this number and caller is male, was laughing, and wanted to know if I was interested in electric rebates  Hung up when I asked him to take us off the list.  Based on feedback below, it's time to escalate this.

I just received a call from 707-238-4472 on August 17, 2013 at 1:42 pm.  Since I have become increasingly frustrated with scammer calls I decided to answer this call...."hello?  Hello?"  Nothing on the other end and caller ID states "Petaluma, CA."

How can we force these people to stop!?!?

Got a call from this number a few minutes after having spoken to someone claiming to be from the Fraternal Order of Police! I could tell he was a fake. We are on the do not call list. I didn't answer this call.

Someone called from this number and I couldn't understand who they were asking for. Every time he repeated the name the connection would cut out. He finally hung up. Caller ID said Petaluma CA. Such a waste of my time.

8/13 8:47 No actual ID or message.  Stayed on line long enough to ask for Mr or Mrs, and like Bark, have received several calls from same area code.  Don't know anyone there, so didn't answer.

Scammers claiming to be from the Edison Company. LOL Yeah, right!

got three calls from 707-238-xxxx numbers/no msg between aug 5 and 8. One from this one and two from -4418. A little googling indicates that this exchange has a number of bad actors. I'm call blocking the whole exchange and sending them straight to VM

Gives explicit descriptions of her body parts.  Wants to get together.  Keeps calling.

They call every number in an area using a computerized "robo caller".  These devices are illegal now, but it looks like no one in the gubment cares enough to prosecute them.
