This number calls my home and cell and won't leave message.  They call daily.

A year and a half later and I'm still getting calls from this "unknown name" that never leaves a message!

Just got a call from this number. I didn't pick up, they didn't leave a message.

707 324-0129   "unknown" caller on my caller ID, I'm on the do not call list,
i did not answer it in time....woke me up when I needed to get  sleep.

(707) 324-0129 is a public opinion survey that gives you no option to stop the calls.  I'm reporting them to the Federal Do Not Call Registry.

Like everyone else I've been getting at LEAST 4-5 automated calls a day from this number for the past month, often just minutes apart - and they seem to now be increasing in frequency. Most of them are for Mayor Olivares' Santa Rosa City Council campaign, and now some are also from a few others for ballot measures. Our phone rings off the hook when we are trying to work from home or just have some peace and quiet, and we have to go through and delete several messages a day from this number. We no longer answer our phone due to these calls, so have to play phone tag with family and friends who we really do want to talk to -- because we're tired of running to the phone only to see this same number every time.

I actually answered one this morning, and it was a robo-call recording from Mayor Olivares, apologizing for his robo-calls!! Really??! I had already decided he was not getting my vote due to these harassing calls, and this so-called "apology" about how it's 20x cheaper to robo-call than use the mail has not changed my mind. I'm sorry, but at least the mail I can read at my leisure and not have it intruding into my personal time at home.

One or more calls every single damn day from various politicians and surveys.  The company behind it should be sued out of existence and the candidates should get called every day at 3 in the morning by the residents they are harassing.

This number calls me 5+ times a day every day - it is harassment and should be illegal.

Just left the Mayor a lengthy voicemail (and I mean I stretched it) after receiving SEVEN calls from this number regarding him in the last hour.  SEVEN!!!!  I shared this info on facebook and every single resident of Santa Rosa agreed that they were being harassed by these calls too.  I found the block function and that is going to be my new best friend.  If you are tired of these calls, I suggest you call his number as well and give him a piece of your mind.  If the candidate isn't in control of his campaign even down to the smallest detail, then that is a candidate that would never get my vote.

I have stopped these calls by  dialing *60 then follow the prompts.

I received 5 calls from this number, 15 minutes apart, and this is just today. This number has had a smattering of different messages and opinion polls. Mayor Olivares's name comes up most often and I intend to call his office tomorrow. All political messages, a tremendous waste of energy.  The beginning of the message is always cutoff so you don't know who the organization is. Extremely annoying.

It is from several politicians' campaigns (Mayor Ernesto Olivares and Don Taylor at least) as well as a "public opinion survey" about who you're going to vote for. If you call the number you get a recorded message about them "recently calling you about a public opinion survey... and that they will try to call back later." Ha! Oh yeah they will... about a buhzillion times.

I plan to call the police and register a harrassment complaint, and also plan to call AT&T to find out if I can block this number for free..

I hope the politicians are reading this, because they need to know that I will absolutely NOT vote for anyone who employs harrassment tactics of private individuals as part of their campaign. In my opinion it speaks volumes about ther character.

Maybe if we all put 324-0129 on speed dial and continuously call them it could give them a taste of their own medicine?? Probably not, but it would feed good, wouldn't it? :-)

It seems multiple political candidates use this phone number, so it is a constant barrage of calls. It is annoying and I'm tired of it. Phone calls putting down their opponent will never convince me to vote for them. I research my votes therefore I don't need them telling how bad their opponent is especially when I am planning to vote for their opponent. I'm even getting calls for candidates out of my area of Santa Rosa. Jeez!!

This number calls repeatedly and says it is a poll. I just want them to stop calling!

Calls started in early October. Sometimes three calls within FIVE MINUTES. Obviously if I'm out of town I'm not answering it, but really, this is too much. I'm beginning to think it's a phone hobbyist and not a survey, since there's never a message.

...this is actually a robo calling service that MULTIPLE candidates and now supporters of measures are utilizing as they aren't interested in actually speaking to any of us - they just keep robo calling from (707) 324-0129 with their one-sided messages. My guess is they don't want to precinct walk through foreclosed homes and people who don't like ineffectual politicians...

I have contacted Mayor Olivares who assured me I would be removed from receiving HIS messages, but I continue to get them from others!  I guess whoever dose not call me GETS MY VOTE!?!

City of Santa Rosa yo yo-s running for office, bothering hard working people who are trying to have family time after working all day.  Leave us alone.  Not voting for Ernesto or Hanns or the guy who wears his hair piece in front of the Omelet Express.

Mayor Ernesto Olivares Santa Rosa's office referred me to his campaign office to get them to quit calling me!

He thinks I have nothing better to do than get phone calls from his campaign and then to to call them and try to make them stop.  Real helpful.  Do we want someone who conduct business this way in office?

Maybe the company is conducting polls for other candidates.  He sure won't get my vote.  My phone is for friends family and the people I conduct business with, not for political purposes.  

Rules are created for solicitation, aren't these people soliciting votes?
