this mr.w called my employer looking for me a.s.a.p. made every body look at me weird I am so upset and really. don't understand how they can get all your info.that I owed a payday loan,something should be done.

I received the same phone calls and they are calling me at work also Who knows how to stop these calls?  What do I need to do to protect myself.

ITS A SCAM. I HAD A DIFFERENT NUMBER CALL ME YESTERDAY (707) 508-4205. A RUDE GUY SAID THAT I WAS BEING SUED FOR CHECK FRAUD, ETC. FOR A LOAN I FAILED TO REPAY, HE SAID THEY TRIED TO CASH MY CHECK 6 TIMES & IT CAME BACK. WHICH IS B.S., I'VE TAKEN OUT A LOAN BUT REPAID. AND I HAVE MY BANK STATEMENT TO PROVE IT. SO THEY SAID I COULD PAY IT TODAY W/OUT HAVING ANYONE SERVE ME TODAY, & SINCE I REFUSED THEY SAID TODAY I WOULD BE HAVING A PROCESS SERVER SERVE ME @ WORK W/ A SUBPOENA. LITTLE DO THEY KNOW I WORK FOR A ATTORNEY SERVICE & I DEAL W/ SUBPOENAS ALL DAY! SO LETS SEE IF THEY COME TO MY WORK TODAY, I'M WAITING. ALSO, IF YOU TRY TO CALL THAT NUMBER BACK, IT'S DISCONNECTED. These jerks keep calling me saying I am stealing money and I am being arrested.  I am sooooo sick of this Isn't there something we can do?  They keep changing numbers.  
They all sound like they are from India.  And it sounds like they are in a call center.

I have taken some of theother peoples advice and called them and bugged them like they do me and I said stop calling

Received call from this number to my work number.  The callers used broken English and threats that I would be picked up the police from my place of employment on the next business day.

I am so sick of these people. I have been harassed by them for the last two months. I put them on the block list and they started calling from different numbers. I can tell its the same person calling me because of his accent and he calls so much I recognize his voice now. He called one day telling me my address, bank information, and ending of my social security number. He started to act like he was an officer at one point telling me to either settle out of court or come to court. When I told him I would come to court because I didn't know anything about this case he was talking about, he started to get rude and hung up. I AM BEYOND ANNOYED AT THIS POINT AND SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE....

There back.... this is the most annoying situation. We as american people have to deal with these people calling from India acting as though they are somebody important. What a shame that our FBI can't do anything to shut them down. I reported them several months back and never even got a response.

I also received a call from this number demanding a call back.  Went thru this before and they never ever provided any information and were always rude and they want money sent to individual names and they use scare tactics.  They need to be stopped. We need help.

This guy called me at 7 in the morning and kept calling back until I answered and talked to him and he told me that I was supposed to call an attorney named Miley Brown immediately. I still do not have any idea what this call is all about but it is troubling when they start calling and waking people up at 6 and 7 in the morning.

I got a call from that number from a Kevin Johnson.. I called back and that's when the woman informed me that I had a lawsuit against me and that I was supposed to b arrested tomorrow for and unpaid loan.. But the thing is that I have never gotten a loan from any company EVER!! Sure i have applied for one b4 but I NEVER recieved any money.. Is this a fraud call or has my identity been stolen or something?????

The telephone company owner of 707 347 0017 is called Paetec. The phone number was recently purchased from (Pac-west Telecomm Inc). I called Paetec in a California office 415-400-0150 and asked for customer service and made a complaint. another number is 615-684-4960 and corporate  is 877-472-3832 eastern standard time....

I returned their call and represented myself lol They started calling me foul names and I than said I am reporting them to the FBI.

Got a threatening call ,from this number.  They said I owed them money, which I do not.

A Arab sounding man called me on the number above and threatening me that I will be arrested due to debt from payday loan and also mention my address. his name is Alec Wilson.

I have been recieving calls from this number as well. They have called me 3 times today already.
I am guessing they got my info from a payday  loan app.

This is the voicemail they left me 6 times between 6PM last night and today - this time a lady with a heavy indian accent. They pronounced my name Gabrielle-e lol.

This message is intended for Gabrielle (Last Name). Gabrielle, the very second you recieve this message, I need you or your retained attorney of record to return the call. The issue at hand is extremely time sensitive. My name is Sarah Smith, and the line my division is 707-347-0017. Dont disregard this message and retunr the call. Now Gabrielle if you dont return the call and i dont hear from your attorney either the only thing i can do is wish you good luck as this situation unfolds on you. Goodbye.

I am going to call these people back and see what kind of information i can get out of  them but in the mean time I am logging when they are calling me.

FYI: I use a google voice number on all applications. I list this number as my work number. They started calling the google voice number today.

I also recieved a voicemail from another company telling me that scammers would be calling me and not to give out my information.

Any advice on what i should ask and what I should do? To get information out of these people?

These people called me and told me that I had a pending court case against me and that I had to provide my Attorneys information. I told them if I was being sued that I would receive a summons in the mail for court, which I havent as of yet. Person on the line, a man with a very heavy Indian Accent, tried to Identify himself as Charles Harper. (Hillarious). He asked to verify my social security number and re-read the last four of my social, which were correct. I told him that he would have to provide me information on what he was calling about via email. He read off my email address and said he would email me. I ended the call.

Then i looked up the number here and found out it was a loan scam.

I called the number back and got the following message

You have reached a Non-Working Number. Announcement -14 Switch 22-15

Then about 2 minutes later, the number CALLED ME BACK. Which was weird. I am guessing they have call routing set up to give that kind of canned message. It logs when people call back and then they call you back?

So they called me back and I was immediately told i was being transferred to a supervisor. When I got to him, he told me his name which i could barely understand. I had to have him spell:

I asked him for the full address and he mustered up this:

He Asked why I needed the full address. I told them I wanted to know the name of the company I am dealing with. When I asked him to provide the full address with city and state, he said no I can not have that information and hung up on me.
