You guys are not professional. You do illegal activity, by re-aging the debt , luckily I found ALL of my credit reports. I plan to sue you all for harassment! Also, requesting that someone borrows from their elderly parents (I'm willing to bet that your credit sucks too!!!) Is just stupid and ugly at the same time. You DON'T gave compassion, or ur company wouldnt cause so many people stress and anxiety.

Is that right? So you guys re-aging debt is professional?? I am on disability now. Permanent..I couldnt get a place to live bcuz you guys re-aged my debt to be current as of this year. I hate to be the bearer of bad news....rash curtis and whatever, has been re-aging my debt for 15years. So keep ALL of ur previous credit reports to prove  how long the debt has been on ur credit report. Since I did not, I cant prove anything.

So I didn't pick up this call, left a message, tho the message was actually a recording telling me how important my call was and to stay on the line for the next agent. The recording went on till it said your time is valuable no agents are available and please call us. HA! what fools! Why bother dialing a person if you're not going to have 'agents' available to take the dang stupid call! Idiots.

Most likely it's a zombie debt anyway. I wouldn't pay them.

They are trying to collect late fees from me because my health insurance company didn't pay quickly. Is that even legal?

been getting calls from (707)454-2010 & (415)573-0745 they leave blank voicemails or robo messages with conf #s in the millions so that tells me how many others getting these unwanted calls, i dont answer & i dont call back, #s i dont recognize no skin off my knees. only takes sec's to erase & disregard.

You may be professional, but there is a flaw in your system.  I do not have one overdue bill,  however the person who owned the phone number before me apparently has several, because your company keeps calling.  I have called several times and said it wasn't me, but they say there is no way to put that in the system permanently.  I would have to call back every time they get a new bill for this person.  That isn't my job, therefore I am being harassed.

I have been called daily for the past couple weeks by two different numbers related to this company. They won't leave a message (I don't answer numbers I do not recognize), so I googled the phone numbers, and voila, here we are. I checked my credit report through multiple services available through the government's Annual Credit Report service, and no where on this report is this company listed as a current debt collector.

Either they are attempting to collect funds from me illegally, or they have mixed up their records.

What's very frightening is their power over their web reputation. On multiple websites, including the BBB, it's glaringly clear that reviews or posts have been written by the company or those representing it - likely in hopes of reducing a negative image.

If I am continued to be harassed, I will be taking action.

I HAVE no bill to pay. It was paid for March 2010. The procedure they are asking me fore money for was February 2010. I have a zero balance, with the paperwork to prove it. PLUS, I called Tricare and they can see it in their system! So, gtfoh. You must work for those losers. Take resposibility deez.

These "people" just up and started calling me out of the blue a few months ago. I ignore numbers I don't know, and they never left a message. They started calling about once a week. Then it became daily. I accidentally answered one day and was surprised to receive rude treatment from a woman demanding that I pay a medical bill from almost THREE YEARS AGO. I informed her that the bill had already been paid about a month after the medical procedure because I am military and Tricare pays my medical expenses. I even have PROOF of the payment with statements showing that Tricare paid and that I have a zero balance. She got nasty with me and tried to get me to pay again, saying Tricare would reimburse me. She asked me what method of payment I would be using. LMAO! Yeah, right! She threatened to ruin my credit and take me into collections. I called Tricare to double check. They were like, "The bill was paid YEARS ago. They should not be contacting you." The Tricare representative said she would send a letter to these collectors telling them to stop harrassing me. I blocked the 7074542010 number, and guess what? They started calling me from 866-729-2722, their other number. Ugh! They leave messages saying to press 9 to reach someone about an important matter. Not to mention that I work nights and sleep during the day, and that is when they call! I am going to take this up with JAG here on base. They should NOT be contacting me for money that was already paid to the clinic. I am going to have to check my credit report now to see if they are indeed ruining it. I had a score in the mid-700's! Now it is 650 according to a recent credit card I opened! I don't know how people saying this company is GOOD received up votes and the ones who tell the truth about them get down votes!

This company called me and wanted to talk to my father. I told them he didnt live here and I asked them what it was about. They told me they couldn't tell me and then hung up. I called them back and got the same answer from a supervisor named Simone. After she wanted me to fax a power of attorney to them without giving me any reason why, she said there was nothing more to discuss with her unless I sent it and then hung up on me.

There should be a law for lawyers to buy a debt to colect

This company is still calling my number after I told them that the people who skipped on them no longer has this phone number. I've done this 5 times already. Sheesh. So irritating!

They are a collection agency. I want to know how they got my cell number!! I never give out my cell, so they must be buying records and/or running data inquiry to obtain this information. The only way they could have gotten my cell number invades my privacy and was more than likely illegal!!

They called my home number 11 times on one day last week, 11 more times the next day, and then this week a couple more times on Monday.  Got Rash's # on the auto-blocked. If they were not robo dialing and listened to the automatic greeting, they'd know that! LOL

yes i agree it is your job to collect the dept of the persons owing the debt. yet when this company calls and i tell them this is not who they are trying to reach they call again asking for the same people telling me this is the contact and its not it may have been in the past but not now. im done and super tired of the phone calls between 8 am to 4am  4am being which they've  called me numerously get your s*** together and manage your contacts to who your lending collecting your money to or from. seperate that from the s*** in your hands and see which smells better probably the s*** in your hand by this point

2 and 1/2 years statute of limitations in CA. After that, if they really sued you, you go to court and tell the judge the the statute of limitation for collecting is up and it's over. But seldom is it worth it to a collection agency to go that far. You've gotta owe a ton of money to make it worth it. They are full of POOP!

These guys keep calling.  I have perfect credit, no outstanding medical bills of any kind.
Best solution - use a phone blocker or use the call filtering feature on your phone line if you have it.

Got a call today, yesterday, day before and so on and so on. Just let the phone ring.. Who cares just silence your phone when they call or better yet BLOCK thier calls...
