i jst got a call from a guy named david swain sd he worked for any aatty n california he sd i wld b served n 3 days i asked which employer and he cldnt tell me when i started asking him questions he tld me to have to have a blessed day n hung up on me

I just got a call from these people saying i took a loan for 300 dollars and when they went to take the money back out of my account it came back insufficient funds the scary thing about it is they have my ssn my birth date my drivers lenience # my bank account numbers where i work they have my whole life in there hands told me i would be picked up by police they will take me to California to court & if i can not pay them the 8000.00 i will be in jail for 6 monthes how can we stop these people they r taking over our lives & theirs nothing we can do about it about every 6 monthes i have someone new do this to me i just want it to stop.

randal ruwan is one of the scammers. He is trying to scare everyone into paying a debt they don't owe.
Any time anyone asks you to pay a debt make them prove you owe it. If they can't prove it you don't have to pay it.

Its a scam. He is trying to trick you into paying a bill you don't owe. He will never serve you with court papers.

Mr williams calls me and says there was a court summons issued for me at my employeer have not received anything as of yet and not sure how to stop these people

i recieved the court summons at my employer and i have been fired from the job.i had disputed this matter in court but they have won the case.they had sufficient proof and i had appointed a lawyer and he also could not help me out because there are criminal charges and i tried to file bankruptcy but even they are not included in it because there are collateral charges.so its upon you all whether you want to take care of this case or not.... I have paid $8587.64 and the amount i owed them $1267.23

I also received a call stating the same thing from this person. I do not know the name of the company he is talking about though. Is this a scam? Should I be worried? Shirley ereth did you ever receive a court summons?

i got a call from this number and he told me his name is mr.williams and he is a lawyer for a company that has filied a claim against me. and if i dont pay them the money they want he will sue me and take me to court for 8000$ that i owe 1500$. and i dont owe whoever he is working for any money. he will file charges against me for fraud. i have to pay this money by next friday. what should i do ? he had all the right words talking about when he sues me and takes me to the californa state courts. how can theses people keep getting away with this.he has a case number and everything. please help me.
