received call saying i had a debt and being sued if i didnt pay they were showing up to my work friday morning if i could get my hands on those f*****s they would be done

This number calls me also, at work I am contacting the local DA's office, Threatens me with law suits and fraud. Can't understand whos talking

Received call from someone with a very thick Pakistani or Indian accent. Told me I was being sued, I called the number listed in Santa Clara, CA I was never able to get through as the line constantly disconnected.

I just got the call to and I call back and no answer and at the end of the message he said if he didn't hear from me.......... Good luck.

i just got a call from this number from a travis walker stating i got a loan didnt repay it how am i going to resolve the matter. i told him i wasnt did not get a loan he told me ecs will be at my house to areast me.

Just wanted to say i also got 3 or 4 calls from this black guy with broken english he says his name is Kevin Black and that i will be in jail for the next six months if don't pay NOW

I am getting calls from this number telling me if i din't pay my payday lone they are going to put me in jail i do not have a lone that i did not pay for

they are a scam company... scammed my wife for 900.00

This a phoney scam. At one time I wanted to get a small loan, and this is the crap that I get. Put this guy behind bars.

ITS A SCAM. I HAD A DIFFERENT NUMBER CALL ME YESTERDAY (707) 508-4205. A RUDE GUY SAID THAT I WAS BEING SUED FOR CHECK FRAUD, ETC. FOR A LOAN I FAILED TO REPAY, HE SAID THEY TRIED TO CASH MY CHECK 6 TIMES & IT CAME BACK. WHICH IS B.S., I'VE TAKEN OUT A LOAN BUT REPAID. AND I HAVE MY BANK STATEMENT TO PROVE IT. SO THEY SAID I COULD PAY IT TODAY W/OUT HAVING ANYONE SERVE ME TODAY, & SINCE I REFUSED THEY SAID TODAY I WOULD BE HAVING A PROCESS SERVER SERVE ME @ WORK W/ A SUBPOENA. LITTLE DO THEY KNOW I WORK FOR A ATTORNEY SERVICE & I DEAL W/ SUBPOENAS ALL DAY! SO LETS SEE IF THEY COME TO MY WORK TODAY, I'M WAITING. ALSO, IF YOU TRY TO CALL THAT NUMBER BACK, IT'S DISCONNECTED. DONT WORRY.

This is BS - file complaint with Federal Trade Commission & DON'T GIVE THEM ANY $ OR INFORMATION!!!!!!  I filed a police report as well, they prey on people who are in need - ALL FOREIGNERS!!! Police said they are probably not even from CA where area code from....SCAM!!!!
Call all 3 credit bureaus too, if they have last 4 of your ss this can be a problem.

NO ONE can come to your work and arrest you for owing a bill!!!!!!  You would have had to receive legal documentation advising you of a matter, clearly stating what it is about, a court date set - for anyone to come after you!!!!!!!!

Received 3 voicemails back to back this morning without my phone even ringing.  Couldn't understand the persons name or the company name - something legal.  When I called  back I was told that there was a lawsuit filed against my social security number (which they verified the last 4 of).  When I asked for additional information the person told me that I'd be served at my work on Friday by the sheriff's office.
