I received a phone call form block number , and they call me several times . when finaly i answer the call a man told me that i owe 775 dls to a pay cash loan and the case was already in the court house of my city when i ask what city he said California , and he want to make a letter where i provided a copy of my driver license and my  debit card information in order to stop that the police come to my job and arrest me i was really stress to hear that , so i just one to share this with all  you guys . thank you this people try to get ur money and ur social securiy information be careful and dont aswer this calls the name of the person that talk to me , he said was George Mattews , with strong indian accent.

I recieved a call from (707)673-9478, a man with a very thick accent  stated that myself or my attorney of record needed to call back. If I didnt, charges would be filed and the police would come out TODAY. Now I'm not a legal expert but I dont think it happens that fast. When I asked for the information in writing, he told me that he could not give me the info and I should know it. If I did not pay, "God help me". DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCHEMES!

I received several calls from this number stated I had to pay $600 by the same day or They would show up to my job to make an example put of me in front of my co-workers..I cried thinking I would be arrested and lose my job because I didnt have the money at the time. Went I told my husband he called back and asked to speak with a supervisor and they immeditly hung up on him! I called several times throughout the night and they would consitantly hang up on me and speak VERY rudely to me to try and get me to send them money..They had all of my information which is what scared me but my husband reassured me that it was a scheme..

Just received the message today. They called several times before leaving the message. I've received calls like this before from different numbers. I fell for it the very first time it happened over a year ago. I was so scared because they threatened to take my son away and come arrest me. After the first incident, and yes I paid them their stupid money, I caught on when I received another call no less than a month later. I explained to that person I already paid the debt and he said this was a new one. NO WAY!! I started doing research online and found out it was all a scam, these guys have been doing it from different numbers and for awhile now. I also found this website which I go to now first thing whenever a new number pops up. I found my rights and started to threaten back. I am just so sick of getting these calls. I tried going to my police station and their solution was to not answer or return the calls. Real helpful! I wish there was someone out there that would find these creeps already and shut this scam down!! If there is anybody out there that is pursuing this please let me know. I have tons of names/numbers though I know they are fake.

WOW!!! I too have been called from several numbers by persons who have a middle eastern accent and the are saying that I took out a payday loan last year and have not paid it back? I never took out a personal loan last year? They said they were coming to arrest me as well, but like another person mentioned I work in  the court system and asked them to give me a case number so that I could verify a law suit was pending against me !!!!

I just got a call from them I didnt verify any info buy believe me I will keep calling them back and  im on my way to the police station.

This happen to me this week and i could not understand most of what they said, i have also called the police, They just keep calling and even called my work, last week i had $500.00 deposited into my checking acct with another company i have never authorized this the name was SureAdvance out of Maryland i called and told them to take the money back i did not want it, The next day it was taken out of my acct, I have never felt so invaded with my business info. yeah they said they were going to arrest me also. The joke is on them when they get caught. BE AWARE DO NOT GIVE ANY INFO TO ANYONE OR ON LINE.

Please remove this scam artist's phone number from all of my contact numbers.  They are the most illegal scam artists that I have EVER heard of!!!

They have called my job and my home phone (at least 21 times) from an unknown number stating that they were going to send a Summons to my office of employment as well as my home address.  They are trying to tap into ppls Bank Accounts and withdraw monies.  I did a PayDay Loan online (which I will NEVER do again), and they as 3rd party telemarketers (or whatever the hell you would like to call them), gained all of my personal information, including bank routing numbers, etc.  I will go and close my account out and NEVER NEVER NEVER put any private information online again.  PPL please BEWARE!!!

I got an exact phone call saying the same crap.  dont know how they got my info but this is crazy.  They were very rude and told me that they will be at my house to put me in handcuffs!!!!!  these people need to be investigated this is bull####.

i had the same thing happen on 6-07-1.  i reported that number to the Better Business Bureau, the Attorney General of my state, the police, the courthouse, the state attorney and am writing this to anyone who will read it.  I have also notified my bank and plan to tell anyone who w ill listen,

The VERY SAME thing happened to me.  However, I never talked to these chumps.  I had to listen to the message several times before I could even understand what the idiot was saying.  They said something in the message that I needed to call this number back immediately, do not disregard the message or they would not be responsible for "what was going to happen to me" LOL.  They call from an "UNKNOWN" number, blow my phone up about 25-30 times a day, and the message is obviously a recording because it is THE EXACT SAME MESSAGE with the SAME background noise in it everytime.  No voice fluctuations or changes.  I have reported them to my local Police Station.  I have notified my bank & I closed my current account and opened a new one so they did not have access to any funds that I may have.  Oh yeah, the guy could barely speak English, the message was EXTREMELY threatening, and he said his name was Llyod Davidson - LMAO!!!!  I was born at night, but NOT LAST NIGHT......

Female Called and said that my son would be arrested today if he doesn't send $300 by western union.  She said he was representing a law firm but would not provide address.  My husband called them back and told them that he was returning their call...provided his name, NOT MY SON'S and they proceeded to tell my husband that he would go to jail if he didn't pay $300 by money order today.  They hung up when my husband requested the address and name of the law firm.

Read my previous note. I have been harrassing them for days . They say they will call police if I don't stop. LOL! Actually, if you can get a hold of middle Eastern/Belly Dance Music; They Hate That!!!!  I have a long drive home, so I cank them about 20 times (every 10 minutes) with this music. They have demmanded that I stop calling! It holds up their phone line. They end up blocking your calls or disconnected their number by the next day. Beware though, they get new phone numbers and start the calls again. I have been blocked from at  least 8 numbers. Word of Advice: DO NOT VERIFY YOUR SSN OR GIVE ANY PERSONAL/BANK INFO TO THESE SEVEN ELEVEN INDIAN REJECTS. THEY WILL TAKE ALL OF  YOUR MONEY AND SAY YOU AUTHORIZED IT. I DID REPORT TO MY LOCAL POLICE DEPT AND ACTUALLY WAS TOLD THAT SOMEONE ELSE HAD BEEN SCAMMED LIKE THIS IN MY TOWN AND LOST THEIR ENTIRE DEPOSITS FORM CHECKING ACCOUNT.

The SAME EXACT thing happened to me!!!! I'm going to report them.

I received a call from a man representing intacash telling me I had a court date on Monday and if I knew anything about when I told him no he put me on hold and transferred me to someone else. First of all I had no idea what this man was saying he was talking too fast and had a thick accent. All I could understand is that I owed a payday loan for $8000 if we went to court or I could pay him $1050 to settle out of court today. Very rude I had to shut up and be quiet until he read me all of my ?charges? wouldn?t give me any information about my case or where I had to appear in court couldn?t tell me the date I got the loan how much I received just that I had to pay the $1050 or I would be arrested at my job and he was going to call my friends and family to investigate them as well if I didn?t take care of this today. The name he gave me was Nelson Weller but that?s an American name he was defiantly Middle Eastern again very rude when I asked him to repeat it because I couldn?t understand him he told me you will never understand me because your uneducated. Now that was funny but I?m not going to lie I was scared at first then it came to me that this was a scam.  I went to my local police station and reported the situation and they told me it was a scam. But they keep calling me at work and on my cell these people know my SS# and bank name I wonder how much more of my information they have and how they obtained it.
