The CEO Anothony Nuzzo is someone you should not trust. He is dishonest man, who should not be in this business. Are company was in the process of doing business with them, until we found out that Anothony lies about his financials. I believe the company has problems with the IRS and also cash liquidity issues.

They called me but it was for my cousin who used to rent a room at my house.  The representative I talked to was nice.  She removed my number.  Seemed legit...not a scam.  If it's a wrong number, just tell them and they'll remove it.

This company called me due, they say, to a credit card debt with US Bank. They had my social security number, which really freaked me out. They claimed someone from Louisiana obtained a credit card using my name and social back in 2000. They had an adress that was never mine on file. They were not rude but were a bit unprofessional. There were televisions and a lot of laughter going on in the background. I told them I knew nothing of this credit card and that I was freaked out by the fact that according to what they said, someone has stolen my identity. They said I should go online and check my credit report and report anything on it that I was not responsible for... anyway, they gave me a number to contact them the next day. I told them my lawyer would contact them instead of me and to please have all information available to him when he calls. After reading all of these posts I'm wondering if I shouldve not said anything to them...

I work in an office, I have never heard of these people who call me from 330)752-6266. I answer every call here as they are tracked. On two occassions I was able to call back as they did not speak or hang up, when they called me. I spoke with a supervisor? sho told me my that my name nor my number was in their records in any state.
He did not appologise and hung up.
NOW I get calls 1-3 times a week. They do not speak nor do they hang up. It offsets my telephone to the point where I have to unplug the power and incoming line and wait for two minutes before I can reset it to get a dial tone.
I reported them to a FEW United States agencies. Pythetic such people exist!

I keep getting a  8772089952 calling me as well. GMC affliated! But he was so... AGGRESSIVE and Angry and constantly threw temper tantrums when he couldnt get what he wanted. I am in debt.. But I went back to an old bill and called and asked them to tell me where they sold my account and it was surely not that number! Or that "company" Then they snicker and laugh and do all of this other stuff in the background which is highly unprofessional.. They won't send letters or anything..they wouldnt even tell me their website..but they did however want my checking route and debit card number..if they were a debt collector.. They would have knew my information... instead of asking me what it is. His name was Kevin Carroll. ..Then later on..I got a call from the real guys and they did the opposite of what these jerks did.. He told me my account number, SS, Address. He verified with his manager... allll of that. This guy on the other hand tried to get me some ridiculous rates that obviously made no sense at all.. I called the GMC and apparently this is one of their numbers.. and they have a little phony pony website... BUT I dont understand..they say that I'm not with anyone else..I'm with who I am with..So why are they calling me acting like 17 year old girls?

I had a Wells Fargo cash on demand account charged off and sold to this company.  Have gotten myself in financial trouble due to helping 2 adult children in bankruptcy and 1 in legal trouble.  Overextended on loans and credit cards.  Aleta Delgado I think is the lady who has my case.  They offered to forgive 1/3 of what I owe ($2000 instead of $3000), but I still can't pay it.  I offered to make smaller payments, but they won't hear of it.  Consequently I am able to pay nothing right now.  This is very frustrating, and the 6-10 calls I get per day from them is never going to get their money to them faster.  I wish they would work with me so I could take care of this debt.  I really want to settle the account.

repeated calls to my house...not the most fun to work with...but what collectors are.  got a settlement payment plan...hooked up baaaaaaby.

more of the same, unbelievably rude.  complaints to FTC, AG, congressman.  any more calls and I will alert police.

I have a credit card that was recently placed with GMC Credit Services.  I haven't paid the thing becuase I've been broke and every collector I've spoken to has been very hard to work with (understatement).  They don't care how much milk costs or that I have to gas up.  I finally worked out a settlement of 50% off the balance due with Nick from GMC.  He helped me out and got it approved by his boss.  As a Christian, I am SO relieved to take care of the debt and humbled that I was given the opportunity to pay less than what I truly owed.  Feels great to put this beyond me and move on!  Hallelujah!

Not sure how they got my number.  Called me on an old debt.  Told them I wasn't going to pay.  Nice enough but debt was too old.  Who cares?

keep calling.. don't leave message very often and when they do it is garbled and appears to be threatening in nature.

This company is rude, forceful and threatening. They called 10-17 times in a one day period. Called them back and got into a shouting match with some rude smart a** lady.I filed a complaint with the FTC and with my state attorney generals office. My family is in the finance business and this is not how you collect a debt 9 years old.

CALLER WAS RUDE, LOUD AND WENT AS FOR AS TO CALL ME A LIAR. TOLD THIS PERSON 4-5 TIMES THIS MONTH ALONE THAT SON DOES NOT LIVE HERE. I WILL REPORT TO FTC AND MY CONGRESSMAN.

I had originally thought these people were trying to offer me a loan. They had some computer calling me several times a day whos message was unintelligable and hard to hear.  I think this was a bait and switch scheme. I finally indentified them, and had my cell number changed.

Sleazy Glass Mountain Capital, its a debt collection adgency, they do not identify themselves.  I have been called by their "computer" repeatedly the same number goes to their automated system.  I have no outstanding debts according to my 3 credit reports so who knows, I reported them to the FTC.
They are prob. already in violation of the Federal Fair Debts Collections Act

Received a call from this number and from 707-559-2810 from Glass Mountain Capital, a debt collections agency. This number was from a women, who was very rude. The second number, 20 minutes later from a male who didn't know why he called and had to check.

Caller Id says GlassMTcapital...probably some kind of scam

some automated debt collection company. i pressed 4 to tell them the person they were looking for was no longer here or something like that. then it said "sorry for the inconvenience. goodbye".
