I too have been scammed by this man Alex Anderson. He called telling me he was from the legal department and that there was legal action against me and my social security # and if I didn't start making payments a lawsuit would be filed against me and I could be arrested. I took his word for it and have been paying him off using the moneypack card. Now that I know that he is a scam artist, I tried to reach him by his email address which is alexanderson7246@gmail.com. and he has not responded back to me. I ask him for a Payment Authorization Form and Settlement Initiation Letter and he seems to be avoiding responding back to me. I have all the moneypack cards saved so I will be reporting him to the police.

I received a email from the us Marshall office alongwith a number so I ccalled the number and a man by the name of Alex And era on a very heavy Indian voice the number 347-501-5849

The same gentleman keeps calling me "Alex Anderson" from US Marshals Code Service" referring to a pay day loan.  He has also done the same to me threatening to call Sheriff's office, family, friends, and even send something to the courts.  I fell into his trap and have paid him some money.  Stupid me.  Now that I will not pay the remainder that supposedly I owe he is starting to get rude.  So today I received a email from him that says " So what's your excuse now?"  My excuse now is your a Scam artist and I will not pay you.  I have asked a million times for him not to call my place of employment but he will not stop.  If he is legit let him file his papers at the courthouse then.  I have a feeling I won't here from him again.

Received a threatening voice mail from this number.  "Alex Anderson from US Marshals Code Service" referring to (non-existent) pay day loans.  He threatened to call the police, my family, neighbors, and friends.  I knew it was a scam but I called him back to get some more details.  He had a strong Indian accent and said that he "represented a company in the US." He wasn't forthcoming with any more details about his company.  When I said that it sounded like a scam, he responded with a resounding "F---You!"
