They called about designing a website for a domain name I registered 3 weeks ago. For someone who cold calls a lot they sure don't have a polished delivery. It's a California number but he sounded Indian/Pakistani.

Just got a call from this woman, she said something, but I was barely paying attention. She had a normal accent. When I asked her to repeat herself, she all of a sudden got a very thick West Indian accent and asked me about a domain name I already owned and asked if I wanted to build a website on a domain. Hello...I already own the domain she asked about and I do website design.

they are calling from India and want to do web hosting and SEO.  Yes they ignore the do not call.

I also own domain names. I have not picked up the phone. They do not leave a message.

That's very ridiculous.Shoot exactly if you don't want there services.But don't blame their English.Even i got a call from the same number and my number is in do not call list.I don't know how they got my information.But the response is too good

Just got a call from this number, but they didn't leave a message. I established a domain name through go daddy last week. So glad information about this number is on the web. Thanks.

They just called me, and didn't say anything. I called back and a man with a HEAVY Indian accent answered the phone. He said someone called me to help me develop my website. I asked to be removed, and he hung up on me.

If you did not register the domain privately, your info is listed publicly in the Who Is Registry for anyone and everyone to access

Also purchased domains from GoDaddy and web hosting from InMotion. I've purchased from GoDaddy before but my first transaction with InMotion was last week. If anyone is selling our information, it's probably InMotion.

Just bought some domains a couple of days ago from GoDaddy. Also purchased hosting from InMotion. I had an email the other day about website building services. Now this phone call (didn't leave a message). Not sure which of these companies gave out my info, bnut I'm not happy about it.

I agree with YeahRight.  The English on the voice mail was as bad as the English on "Henry"'s post.  I couldn't even understand the message, only heard about 3 words I understood.

Caller had thick access.  Called about one of our domains.  Think it was SEO services, not sure.

Every few days, I never answer of course but this is a collectors type number and tactics... Beware...
