These people call me and leave threating messages. I'm working and cant answer my phone. They say they will garnish my wages. I'm filing a police report today for harassment.

I too have been getting calls from this Benefits of America telling me that I have won a $400.00 gift card.  They keep leaving the message on my machine since I keep my ringer down because I have a baby sleeping.  I looked up "Benefits of America" and guess what they are an insurance agency.  Makes me wonder what type of insurance agency is giving away $400.00 Walmart vouchers for gift cards?

Criminals are frequently less than diligent about administrative tasks, and it can sometimes take a while for them to get around to removing you from their targeted victims call list.  Just be patient.  After all, in addition to running their scam, they are busy looking over their shoulders, dodging the law, etc.,.

Please make sure you ask nicely when you want criminals to stop calling you.  After all, they have to make a living too, and they could be someone's mother.

I am getting daily spam phone message from this group. I called them and told them I wanted to be taken off the list and they hung up on me. This morning I had another spam message from them offering me a $400 Walmart giftcard.

File a fraud report with your banking institution, close your account immediately and report them to the FBI, FTC and local law enforcement.

This number called me said I was approved for a loan then took my info including my and bank act n debit card number and then took all my money and hang up on me when I call them back I am so scared about what will happen now ... If anyone has any input or helpful tips to save me plz let me know.

Got a call today. Answered and no one was there. I have been getting about 10-15 calls a day from differnent pay day loan companies. I have NEVER made an application for an online payday loan so I assume someone tried to get a loan and used my number. I have been answering these calls and politely asking them to cease and desist. we'll see how that works out!

Some guy called me from this number today and told me he loves me and wants to have sex with me. He didn't like it when I threated to put harrassment charges on him and when my husband talked to him.

I don't know the caller from this number, but they want a person named Demell, who I am not.  I am a woman, and I think this would be a man.  I am Caucasian, and I think this man would be black.  I have never filled out a loan application for these companies, and they say he did - this weekend, and put this number down.  I beg them to stop calling me, and they say they will, but they call again anyway.  Can anyone make them stop?!?!?!?!?!?

I have called that number and the number they give to no avail no person to tell them to stop callin me

Phone call from "John Smith"  with a cash company.   We told them we no longer had this number.
Have had a lot of calls lately like this,  It stems from  online loan application I filled out a couple years ago.
