My son answered the phone and a female asked for me by my first name, as if she were a friend of mine.  My son told her I wasn't available and hung up.  I tried to call the telephone # back that was on the caller id 707-751-7610 received 9/8/08 at 16:15, and it was disc/not in service.  I returned the call today at 17:00.

same thing here is this some sort of scam or something

I have gotten 2 calls from them in 1 week, im am trying to figure out what the hell it is. i asked what it was then they simply told me it was restricted, then they continuosly ask for rich bryenton. then i just hang up, call back and it says the number you are trying to reach is an unknown number and cannot continue..

dey call lyk three times a day I neva answer cuz I be in school but when I call bak da numba iz disconected man maybe ders a connection wit all dis we could be caught up in sum s*** haha syk

This (lifeless) person called twice today, asked for me by name & said something about me winning a shopping spree... But I know I haven't signed up for a shopping spree. So i knew it was phony. The person hung up and I tried calling the number because I thought it might have been a friend of mine being silly. To my surprise, it says the number is disconnected. [Oh well... back to my life]

Just got the same call. Someone else answered my phone, they asked for me and hung up when I said hello. I called it back and it said the number was disconnected. What's up with that?
