Curious, I did too. It was about a car for sale and they insisted that I set up a PayPal account. Since it was not a local number, I asked about delivery of the car...twice, and both times they skated around about getting the PayPal account set up but have yet to answer the question on delivery of the vehicle. Does seem fishy to me.

This number sent me a text message about a posting I had on Craigslist. It seemed kind of fishy, so I asked if it was spam and "it" replied they were a police officer. I'm still not convinced. Just seems weird.
