Received an email and text from person 1-813-280-5990 stating they are a deaf woman going by the name of Wayne Micheal and email waynemicheal123@gmail.com.
They are stating they would like to make a purchase from me and they will be sending me a check with tracking # and will have thier boss mail it out to me. Not sure what to think but I did have a gut feeling to look in to it.

DO NOT GIVE OUT INFORMATION TO THIS PERSON!!!!! SCAM

She just contacted me via text. Saying she would send certified check. I didn't think to look up her number until after I had given my info. Why are all you guys saying she is a scammer? What is she doing?

I too received a text from this number yesterday. She told me same story that she was in accident the day her fiancé proposed and wanted me to call her. So I called and got some google message saying caller was unavailable. I can't believe that there are people out there who can do this to someone. Times are tough enough for me with my business going under and then someone tries to do this to me. What a horrible person this lady (or whoever) this is to do this to people. I sure am glad I checked out her phone number. She said her name is Lynn Micheal and is emailing from waynemicheal123@gmail.com. So if theres anyone out there getting texts from this person DON'T respond back. Thank goodness for forums like this y'all saved my behind.

I received a call from this number inquiring about a wedding dress i'm selling also. I thought it was scam so I asked them to call me directly so that details for cashiers check and shipping can be discussed. Of course I got a  text back saying she was in an accident the day her husband proposed and is in a wheel chair and that she wanted my info  to send a check asap because she really loved the dress. I took that as one of those BS stories that those craiglist scammers try to to pull. I replied asking her to call when she had a few minutes and I would hold the dress for her. And of course... here comes part 2 of the BS story...now she's hearing impaired as well! After seeing these posts i'm glad i went with my gut feeling and denied her offer!

I also received inquiries about a dress im selling glad I had a funny feeling to check out this number.
