"This should be illegal"
It is. Crooks don't worry about breaking the law.

Has anyone tried following through to the point where they can be trapped while doing something illegal (besides just phoning all the time)? They are obviously trying to obtain money/information by fraudulent means..

2nd call in two days, just dead air, no one answers (waiting for call computer to connect to live person but no live person available at the time, so dead air, and hung up)  This should be illegal.

I just love them. They call all the time. No one else calls me since the troubles. I am happy to listen to folks breathing and smoking and covering the whatsit. I miss talking with real folks but this will do. My cat has stool problems and cant be trusted in the lap.

This call is from A1 Solar Power, a solar company based in Van Nuys, California (with six branches throughout the state: San Diego, Costa Mesa, Carpenteria, Petaluma, Concord, and San Jose) or one of its telemarketing fronts.  

A1 Solar Power?s telemarketing fronts usually spoof both the Caller-ID name and the Caller-ID number or use recently disconnected numbers.

Called while I was out. Left no message. Pain in the butt. I can't block the area code since I am only 20 miles away. Too many friends and suppliers call.

guy on this call got nasty when i told hin to take me off his call list

This number has been calling repeatedly with no one on the line.

Called the last 2 days, I'm guessing its the same Energy Saving Co. that's been spoofing 707-894-xxxx numbers, nrever leaves a message.
