Yep, definitely a spam caller.  ID said "Katherine Silva" but got the telltale pause after answering, then a click over to a call center right before I hung up!

They keep calling, day & mite, but leave no message.

Caller id said Silvia Katherine. I answered. No one there. Number not in service.

over n over n over again for months...when i acttaully answeerred told the personm threy keep calling for months, do not call me, take me off ur liust....but they keep calling again n again even after that

These calls are from A-1 Solar telemarketing division called National Renewable Energy Center.
Their goal is to get you to accept a visit from their sales division. I informed them I do not do business with and don't trust companies who hide behind fake phone numbers, and for them to remove my number from their list. Since then I have received at least a dozen more calls from their fake proxies.
By the way...there is a Victor Medina in Cloverdale and he used to have that phone number., but he has nothing to do with A-1 Solar and there is a Katherine Silva in Cloverdale who used to have that 894-4461, but no longer. When the A-1 computer generates a number that is no longer in use and the service provider still has the last owner of that number on record it shows on your caller ID. The reason the phone hangs up is because the telemarketer is using a PC, not a regular phone. Sometimes the program glitches. I believe the calls are generated from the Van Nuys Location of A-1 and NRE Center (which share the same building. I've been getting the exact same thing with tons of numbers with the 707-894 beginning and 707-894-4461! It's been going on for a while now, and I've blocked every number, but new ones just keep coming up.

I got a call from a Katherine Silva at 707-894-4461.  When I answered the phone, nobody spoke on other end.  I hung up and called the number back and got message that that number was out of service or disconnected.  I blocked the number with *60.

I have gotten the same kind of calls, about once a month for past 6 months, from 707-894-1059.  Nobody speaks when I answer and when I call the number back I get message that the phone is out of service or disconnected.  I had my phone service provider block the number.  I looked the number up and it is registered to Victor Medina, 121 Garden Way, Cloverdale, CA.

Be suspicious of any call that is like the above and block them on your phone with *60 (follow the prompts).  Do not give out any personal information if you get a live person-----they are creeps!!

Can't call back.  phone disconnected.  constant calls from these people
